It's his eyes... Keaton had the best eyes.
He had the perfect light colored eyes and he knew how to tell a story right through them. IMO he also had the best mouth area. With the wrinkles on the sides of his mouth and his somewhat pouty lips, it gave him a natural mean look.
Heh, "mouth area" sounds pretty funny.
Anyone ever have that moment when you're watching Beetlejuice and suddenly find yourself in disbelief that the same actor would appear on the big screen as Batman only a year after that was released? Pretty mindblowing when you think about it...
I've seen Batman about 167 times and it keeps getting better every single time I see it!
No one looks better as Batman than Michael Keaton.
Keaton also had a great butt. Best Batbutt area yet. Shame Burton never showcased Batman's butt like Schumacher did.
Oh yes he did...
Turtle neck tucked into faded jeans...sometimes the 80s are best forgotten.
I do that look all the time, I have a pair of vintage faded jeans to go with my black turtleneck, I wear them together all the time in the winter for my Keaton Bruce Wayne look, and no I'm not kidding
The black turtleneck and jeans is an example of the merging of both alter egos (Batman and Bruce).
Steve Jobs stole that look after he saw the film.
This thread is no longer about BR, but now about turtle necks.
I love my turtle neck sweaters but my wife hates them with a passion, so I can only pull off my Keaton Wayne look when she's not around.
Your wife has good taste.
I tend to see a lot of obese people in turtle necks. Is there a reason for that?
Same reason why they wear shorts all the damn time.
I wore turtlenecks a lot as a youngin. COINCIDENCE?
Turtle necks stretch.
Turtle necks are awful....unless you're Bruce Wayne or have a beard.
To hide the multiple chins?
Very nice- your own work?
I wish I could draw like that
