I voted for the T-Rex in JP (of course)

and the mini monsters in Cloverfield. Their wawawawawawa. Sound freaked the shizzle outta me and the missus.

It's not on the list, but I always loved the sounds of the Proton Pack from Ghostbusters; especially that one sound the proton pack makes when it gets turned on.
