I definitely think Harvey and Bruce should be around the same age.

Maybe Harvey is a little bit older and rougher around the edges than Bruce is, and Bruce can kinda look up to him. Bruce and Harvey should definitely get into some trouble together.

I also really really realllly want to see Tommy Elliot as one of Bruce's childhood friends as well. Maybe Harvey and Tommy don't get along. But it'd be cool to see Bruce, Harvey and Tommy all running around together, getting into trouble.

Black Mask is my 3rd favorite Batman villain after Two Face and Joker. Really underrated which Nolan wouldve used him

Anyone think we'll see flashbacks to Renee and Barbara's time together? They weren't lovers in the comics were they? I thought Montoya was involved with the Batwoman or someone like that.

Renee was with Kate/Batwoman and ,in the New 52, Kate is with Maggie Sawyer

This show better not be like Smallville where Bruce (or Gordon here) have encountered all of Batman's villains before Bruce even becomes Batman, and has apprehended them all as well. There will be no-one left for Batman to foil.

Also, what if the young actor playing Bruce Wayne doesn't grow up to look like an adult Bruce Wayne if this series were to go on for the next 10 years like Smallville? Are they just going to hire an adult actor after having used David Mazouz for most of the series (he would be 23 in 10 years time)?

The only villains I think should be of similar age to Bruce are Catwoman and Hush. Anyone else the age could be toyed with.

I was thinking of The Animated Series when I posted that Harvey Dent should be schoolmate with Bruce. I forgot that in TDK they weren't buddies at all.

Geez... They aren't planning this thing out like our most intimate fantasy. They in no way plan, or perhaps even hope that this thing runs for ten years. Name me a program that lasted for 10 years that didn't see a drop in quality by at least the 5th to 7th season? We're not sure if it'll get past season one really. And I'm guessing we won't actually be seeing much of little Bruce, so if we get to a point where the character is old enough to do something interesting, I'm sure they will re-cast if they so choose too.

He's listed third in the credits after McKenzie and Logue. I wouldn't hold on to that theory too tightly.

Yeah, I found the little tidbits of Bruce in the pilot interesting. Judging from the trailer for the next episode, it'll be a staple of the show and I'm all for it.

especially considering Alfred is awesome. Kid Bruce is great too.

According to the actor, episode 5 is supposed to be a big episode for Bruce too.
