Ugh what is with all the
"A Greg Berlanti Film" crap on the manips?

Anybody who's not Spielberg, the Coens etc. should never have that on their promotional material or even in their movie. It's egocentric and just stupid when nobody knows who you are, I can't imagine anybody going to see a Green Lantern movie because of "OOH GREG BERLANTI MADE THIS".

That being said this is kind of redundant because I'd give him 6 more months before he gets knocked off as director and it all goes back to step 1.

I kinda see what you're saying. Though it IS their film, they directed, and of course it should be in the film itself, and maybe even on the posters, I do agree that if it's a minor director, it shouldn't be a marketing focal point. Even with "Watchmen", my single biggest complaint with the marketing so far is the "From the visionary director of "300"..." tagline.

Hey how about a change of pace request - Jim Caviezel as Sinestro!

His hair is pretty close to black, he'd just have to grow a mustache and have his face done up with red makeup. Playing the bad guy might actually be better for his career, or lack thereof. Get people to see him in a different light.

Hmm, I wonder if we could get JC to play Skeletor in a He-Man film...
