Personally, even two is too much for me. :o

In any case, I believe the Indigo Lanterns are confirmed as "Indigo Lanterns" from advance toy previews. They have a tribe instead of a corps, but they're still just called Lanterns.

^For me it is OK. Since some of them took example from the GL Corps, I understand what they call themselves like this. For me it is not a big deal.
This is not something that bother me.
You know Natu was basically the only candidate from the start, right? Iolande isn't even a Korugarian.
Yeah I'm aware of this, but it does not change anything. It could have been Iolande all the same. And in my opinion, it would have been far better.

Has anyone else noticed they keep mentioning Katma Tui in GL:Corps and Green Lantern? I think they are trying to foreshadow her return as a Black Lantern and how it's going to mess with John Stewart's head to see his wife again. I'm curious if they will have a way for a Black Lantern to come back to life like their former self and not be evil.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katma_Tui

Because Sinestro can only have sex with Korugarians

Actually, only two of the new corps are referred to as "Lanterns". People who say things like this obviously haven't even bothered to look past the covers and the things they read on Newsarama to even know what the stories are about.

Right. I haven't been reading GL and GL Corps from the beginning because you say so...:whatever:

indigo lanterns are healers... bet they heal some of them black lanterns!

for me last issue was boring as hell. the whole Sinestro-Soranik was boring, boring, boring. And the riot on Oa was ... dull, nope did not buy it at all.
Anyway, I enjoy a lot Mongul's behavior with the statue, the way he acts or talk. It seems so natural for him to focus only on himself. I enjoyed the fact that he was turning the planet into a new Warworld too. And I was interested in the behavior of Ion. I thought he was going to turn off the sun, but you nailed it Brianwilly, he turns the red sun into a yellow sun, giving powers to everyone on the planet including him.

The Sodam Yat stuff was pretty boring because we know he survives into the 31st century thanks to Legion of Three Worlds, which means there are absolutely no stakes in any of his present-day fights. But I sort of liked the other two segments. Soranik as Sinestro's daughter is still lame, but Tomasi's doing as good a job as anyone could with it. The riot segment was a bit dry, since it was all narrated by that recorder thing and we didn't actually get a sense of what's going on other than the fact that the people in the Sciencells are rioting, which we already knew. As a whole, the issue wasn't quite up to Tomasi's usual standard. I'll chalk that up to bad subject matter with Soranik/Sinestro and Sodam, though.

Oh snapple, I bet that's what happens. Kind of poetic, too--the greatest weapon against death being life.

That, or Hal finishes his ring collection and restores some of the Black Lanterns with his White Lantern power (you know it's coming).

I'm most excited about the fact that Sinestro is on his way to "deal with" Mongul right freakin now :D

God, same here. I am so .. pissed off ! For a moment I hoped, thought, that Iolande was the girl, and I was really surprised they would go this way.
It seems that, in the end, all is boring and cliché and for one of the first time, I do not give a ***** about it.

Without being cynical or anything, without being desillusional, I had great hopes when I heard about Rage of the Red Lantern or the Blackest Night, but in the end, right here, right now ... I begin to feel deceived. I was excited because the potential of the story is huge and it seems (judging things without having read the very 1st page of the B.Night) that things are not as good as I expected.
Expecting something from a comic or a movie is never a good thing, but the scope of this event was so amazing, I could not help myself. For now .... I'm a bit deceived. Wait and see. I would love to change my opinion on the subject.

Soranik was the only candidate IMO....she takes after her dad in terms of being dogged when it comes to goals.....Iolande was simply a red herring and you seemed to fall for it

I didn't even think Iolande was a red herring. It seemed pretty obvious that Soranik would be the daughter. She's the only prominent female Korugarian alive right now.

You take Soranik I got Kyle ...divide and conquer :hehe:

good plan....I think Kyle likes boys anyway...Soranik is a beard so the other GLs can think "hey the Honor Lantern is a pimp" when really they just lie in bed and talk all night

I find the "Kyle and Soranik suddenly in love" thing as silly as many on here find the Black Panther/Storm marriage.

It just came out of nowhere. The characters hadn't really interacted that much that I can recall.

Looking at Kyles track record with women, she should be worried about waking up in a fridge cut up into little pieces.
