What Things Did You Notice From The Film That You think Nobody Noticed?Like For One When Harry Tranformed To "Goblin"Did You See The Original GG Costume But Purple?

Behind the radio thingy in Pete's apartment, there was a picture of Mary Jane that Peter took from the first movie in the laboratory of Columbia University.

I saw what appears to be a hobgoblin mask in the secret lab

at Harry funeral, you see "Flash" from the first movie, the guy that was trying to fight peter parker, MJ's former b/f from high school

I noticed that too. He's standing right behind MJ. I'm surprised he showed up. I didn't think he & Harry would remain "friends" after high school.

did anyone notice in the one shot (i cant particulary remember which one it was) that you could see a mark on peter's hand of where the spider bit him in 1....i thought that was kinda cool, though minor

People change years after highschool. Of course he would attend the funeral. Highschool squabbles aside.

In the Daily Bugle(sp) While they're talking about getting the job, in the back of the room theirs a news paper with a picture of Doc Ock with the headline "Still at large"

I saw that. When he's cleaning off the ring, right? I thought it was meant to be like a scar from his fights, but that actually makes more sense.

Not sure if this qualifies, but I thought it was really cool that Peter could play the piano since, in Spider-Man 2, Aunt May admits that she used to give Piano lessons. Remember that when she goes to get a loan? "But I'm giving piano lessons again"

Thought it was cool

The silver mask was awesome...why didn't Harry wear that? (Although I do like his New Goblin mask...I like the way it retracts)

I didn't notice Flash at the funeral, I'll have to try next weekend if I see it again.

CAH

I noticed a lot of references to some films of the past, too. Like in the second Harry and Peter fight, Harry is talking about MJ's kiss and says that she tastes like "Strawberries", anyone here remember GoldenEye? Doesn't Janus say the same thing at one point? And the Belltower, although I know that it was like the comics, greatly resembled the belltower from Vertigo. Although that might not have been intentional. I remember thinking of other subtle references, but I can't think of them right now.

Lizard Reference In BackGround When Connors Calls Peter

When Doctor Connors was on the phone with Peter, you could see a lizard skeleton behind him.

When Peter looks at Eddie's fake picture and says 'I've seen this before, in my own collection' or something along the lines of that, we briefly get to see the pictures. This is a direct reflection of the comics, Amazing Fantasy #15 is the first appearance of Spiderman and Amazing Spiderman #252 is the first appearance of the black costumed Spidey in his own comic (Introducing the "New" Spiderman). Both comic covers have spiderman doing the same exact thing, only the costume is colored differently and the background is changed. Just like Eddie's pictures.

When Spidey is swinging down to get the key to the city at the festival, the song that is playing is a modern rendition of the 70's Spiderman TV theme song. You can hear the original, though barely.

I noticed another Scott Spiegel (sp?) cameo. He was the pizza dude* in Spidey 2 and now he's at the jazz club when Peter busts some moves!

*remember the guy who finds Peter's pizza on his balcony. Thats the guy I'm talking about. Look for him the jazz club scene. He isn't hard to find!

This is minor, but Raimi has his Cutlass (Uncle Ben's car) in every movie he's made to the best of my knowledge. In Spider-Man 1 and 3, Uncle Ben is in it and in Spider-Man 2, it's in the driveway of Aunt May's house. And that's not even mentioning the other Raimi movies.

When Harry says MJ tastes like strawberries, that is a direct quote from the scene on the train in GoldenEye. Alec Trevelyn (Sean Bean) says that to 007 (Pierce Brosnan) about Natalia (Isabella ???).

I didn't notice Flash at the funeral, nor did I notice the scar from the spider bite, but I saw everything else listed.

Did anyone notice that when Norman tells Harry to attack Peter's heart, its a direct sound byte from SM1? Not really an easter egg, but it was in sync with
the scene from the first film.

Also, did anyone notice, how Spider-Man says "Hang on Mary Jane!" in every film? First it was during the Unity Day Festival in SM1. Then it was when she was being held captive by Doc Ock in SM2. Then finally again when she was dangling on Venom's web. Gosh, get a new line!

I noticed that. I was like "Oooooh, cool.":o

There actually were two pictures from that scene. The one in color is just a headshot while the other is in black & white is MJ holding the papers and making a face. Also there is a picture of Peter, Ben, and May that I'm pretty sure was used in the first movie when Aunt May is in the hospital.
