Going to try and do my best and cut out all junk food. I already don't drink pop(milk sometimes) other than that I only drink water. I'm going to try and cut out candy and chips. I have a bunch of carrots and apples I'm going to try and substitute for the junk.
 
How do you get a hard stomach. I run 5 miles a day and have for about a month. Do I need to start doing more sit-ups?
