Sure proves great deal of intelligence, but they didn't know how to do it, and I like the organic web shooters

Maybe less, maybe just as much....The Incredible Hulk is my favorite Marvel movie

I don't have a problem with that, personally hope the new movie universe is Venom free

Spider-Man vs Harry in the penthouse, Spider-Man vs Sandman in the money truck, subway fight, climax battle are all awesome
It showed the Amazing Spider-Man in that show to be a pansy without the black suit, so you know now SM3 has better fights :o

    Only twice

Nope, Venom following a train with a truck is poor writing :o

Why do you want Venom to not appear in the new series?

Cause I want a good written universe with Venom off limits, I'm tired of games over-saturated with him
There is the possibility that there will be a Venom Noir

Personally, I love Venom, so I'd love to see him done well. And we're talking about films, not games.

I know, I love Venom too, but gaming made me upset of having too much Venom as if he's the main nemesis and the deadliest enemy of all time

Ehh, I hate the whole idea of organic webbing...plus, it should be under his tongue! Lol.

The Incredible Hulk, really? I think it was a fantastic film; how come it's your favorite Marvel film?

What's your favorite CBM film, counting Marvel, DC, etc.?

Agree. Honestly, after Web of Shadows and Spider-Man 3, that ruined my wanting of the symbiote and Venom for any more films and video games for a long, long time.

One reason why my least favorite universe in Shattered Dimensions was Ultimate Spider-Man.

I honestly think the game would've been alright with just the past, present and future versions.

Spider-Man in the cartoon actually showed he had some brains and used his mind to defeat the villains. All Raimi showed in Spider-Man 3 were his fists and feet up until he used those pipes against Venom to make soundwaves.

And...I didn't enjoy any of those fights; they were rather boring.

Twice were too many for this guy.

What's worse? Poor writing for a 90s cartoon or poor writing for a 2007 CBM that ran in the same veins as one of the greatest CBMs of all time(Spider-Man 2)?

Venom driving a truck vs Venom asking for help to defeat Spidey and the grand ol' "facetime" moments

I don't want to see Venom either.

The only villain that is needed for the reboot is Green Goblin, imo.

Suit thyself friend Anno. BTW, your name happens to be Japanese wording?

Cause I like it more than the rest, plain and simple

Batman 1989, my favorite movie, period

In SM3 (both movie and game to me) it was ok to have the symbiote considering the dose it was given in (and some funky moves and rage mode in the game)

I agree on the Dimensions game being better might USM could be better not being there

    BRAINS, YUMMY :venom:
    :csad:

    LOL, this upsetting

Poor writing for the movie is harder to stomach

    Extreme vengeance is teh awesome
A truck moving faster than a train to suddenly keep up with it is

With you all the way here

Anno Domini is Latin for "Year of Our Lord".

    Nice.

Ehh, I've just been on a road where I don't want to see the symbiote anytime soon, lol. And yes, SD would've been great without USM...or you could switch that up with Spider-Girl even, or Spider-Woman, whichever it's called, haha. Heck, Spider-Ham would've been cool.

I disagree. I can take bad writing from a 90s cartoon any day.

Cool to know, thank you :)

I'd take Spider-Girl over USm over Spider-Ham anytime

That's why it's harder to stomach bad writing for a movie, harder to accept, harder to swallow

Yah, I read that bad writing part wrong on your post, my bad, hahahaha.

And yes, Spider-Girl would've been ten times better than Ultimate for the fourth dimension.

Because he is a poorly written, sorry excuse for a villain.

Spider-Man 2 a couple days after Thanksgiving. That's about it recently though.

He can be written better if someone actually cared about the villain.

That is the biggest reason, imo.

Sam Raimi obviously didn't and never liked Venom, nor did he truly understand the symbiote and one of Spidey's greatest villains, but people do have grand visions, so someone could make Venom into an amazing villain and just a character that fans would actually appreciate, Venom fans that were heartbroken after Raimi's treatment like myself.

BUT....Venom doesn't need to be in the reboot.

So far, Spider-Man 2 hasn't aged a bit and is still a great movie, and I bet I'll be saying that just as I still say about '89 Batman. Although, Spider-Man 1, you can see how its aged, imo, and not for the better.

    Yay that

I think SM1 aged just like Batman 89 did in effects, and that movie lived nicely thus far -minus the obvious corn- as a nice entertaining movie
