I agree. She's miserable in this movie, and I can't think of anything that would make her performance stand out any more than the other key players. I may not be a fan of hers, but I'm sure she'll have a brief moment in the spotlight.

In defense of whoever your talking to, I believe what he/she meant is that Rogue isnt given enough screen time to appear in tv spots. period. lol.

I not worried about her screentime-cause I think she will about what she did in x2.What worries me is rogue will get no action again,and as far as i'm concerned the DR doesn't count.Three movies and no action in the fianl battles is bording on the ridiculous.

I believe Simon said that most of her scenes were spoiler heavy. There's your explanation

Was that directed at me? I never said her role would be small and terrible. I just meant that there are some things to think about when discussing her role. It may end up being pivotal, like Scott's. But there are factors to consider other than "Ratner hates Rogue".

Please keep in mind that like Marsden, Anna was away filming another film as well during the X-Men shoot. That may, or may not, have something to do with her lack of face time. We'll have to wait and see.

I'm not too sure about that. Because they already had the script before the actors even showed up on the set. Sure there were revisions, but I don't think they would have went to that extreme because of that. Marsden, on the other hand, was an obvious defector of the "X" project when he went to the Superman movie and was purposely written down and out because of his involvement and uncertain completion time on Supes..

Yeah but they could at least have her speak or show her in the DR.so far she has been lacking,god cykes has got more screen time in the tv spots than rogue.And from the positioning of the posters she has more screen time than him.

I'm not too sure about that. Because they already had the script before the actors even showed up on the set. However, they surely must have been aware that Anna would be filming another film in the fall. She just didn't call up and announce one day "Oh, by the way, I'm leaving on Monday to film in New York".

What I am saying is, she was gone for a good portion of the filming time for X3. Maybe not as much as Marsden, but still. They could have filmed all of her scenes early, that is a possibility, but as I said, it is a factor to consider.

Maybe she's operating as a spy, and will be back on the good guys team by the end of the movie.. Besides, wasn't she a part of the Brotherhood earlier on in her comic book career?
