How on earth do you know exactly how many action scenes are in the movie and how long it is? Have you seen it already?

2. Assault on Air Force One involving IP and Iron Man
3. Glove and boot battle with tech-9 also
4. Dock battle
5. IP attacking terrorist hideout

and that's only what was shown in this trailer

It looks to me like Black manged to hit a nice balance between action and character study here.

Personally, I'm really excited to see what kind of paranoia we see out of Tony. I have a sneaking suspicion we may see him begin to drink more in this picture.

not to mention his account shows as banned. one thing I want to know is the weapons on the choppers- did they actually modify and build realistic looking prop weapons on the helicopters or is it all cgi?

Yeah, I would say the only shot that ranks less than excellent is the Iron Legion one, which is understandable since there are so many armors in it they're working on. Looks fantastic.

She's always pissed at him, since her first scene in IM1.

I see no real problems with that shot personally. Looks great to me.
