Smallville's season eight is developning four basic plots troughout the episodes: Clark becoming Superman, Doomsday arrival, Brainiac's possesion over Chloe and Tess search for Lex Luthor. But there's a fifth plot that alredy got two mentions: Tess is "forming a team" that will make the Meteor freaks look like "heroes", and she alredy assembled Plastique and Shadow Thieve to this gang, that looks like it's shaping up to be SM's version of the Comic's Injustice League.

What do you think? Is that Tess real motives? Are whe going to see the full team? Will they fight with the Justice League? Will they exist at all? Do you like this idea? Which other members might be "recruited''?

I really hope this storyline develops more and we actually do get to see a showdown with tess's injustice league vs clark/clark and the jl. As for other members i think toyman is likely going to be a member if he is still showing up in episode 14. Besides that i think plastique/toyman are likely going to be the only actual dc characters in the group the rest will probably be some run of the mill krypto freaks. Would be nice if it was some past freaks who are still in belle reeve.
