So I'm freaking confused. Was Ground Zeroes just a temporary name? Is the official title MGS V: The Phantom Pain?

We were all pretty sure that this was Old Snake beforehand. Is that even the case anymore? Who the heck is that blonde Snake looking dude that was right beside him in the hospital? A new Snake clone perhaps or was it just a young Solidus?
