The Bridge is on sale for $4. It's normally $10. It's a cool little puzzle game. I've only played it for a few minutes, but it looked interesting, and at $4, was cheap enough to try. Check it out if you like puzzlers.

Toy line and anime due out this summer.

Zoids-Wild-Ann-Init_02-26-18.jpg

Takara Tomy has announced Zoids Wild, the first new Zoids series in 12 years.

Zoids Wild is a multimedia project that will start with a toy line and anime this summer in Japan, and develop into a comic, smartphone app, video game for Switch, and more.

The toy line is being made with the concept of assembling a life-form, where you build a skeleton frame, and attach armor and weapons to it. Each toy will have an instinct-release mechanic called “Wild Blast,” by which it changes into attack form. The first two toys are “Wild Liger” and “Gilraptor,” and are due out in Japan in June for 3,000 yen each.
The anime will air on MBS TV in Japan, as well as other networks.
Details about the Switch video game project were not announced.

Watch the announcement trailer for the Zoids Wild project below. (Unfortunately, the trailer is region-blocked outside of Japan. )

Wild Guns Reloaded for Switch launches in April
Published 17 hours ago. 5 comments.
Due out both physically and digitally.

The Switch version of Wild Guns Reloaded will launch both physically and digitally in North America in April for $29.99, publisher Natsume announced. Pre-orders are available now at GameStop.

Here is an overview of the game, via Natsume:
Wild Guns Reloaded is a fast-paced gallery style shooter mixing the Wild West with steampunk. Players can play as Clint, Annie, two new characters, or all together in multiplayer action! Each can jump, dive and roll to get out of the way of the barrage of bullets enemies let fly – or shoot them down with their own gun!

In Wild Guns Reloaded, Annie has tracked down the famed bounty hunter Clint to get revenge on the Kid gang. With eight stages, each with three zones, there’s plenty of bad robots to blast away. With a true arcade game feel, Wild Guns was the first sci-fi western to arrive on home consoles and, to this day, there really isn’t any other game like it!
The Switch version offers new game modes, such as Beginner Mode.

Now, newcomers can play the arcade-style shooter with unlimited lives! And in contrast to Beginner Mode, Boss Rush: Time Attack was created for Wild Guns veterans. For the hardest of the hardcore, Boss Rush: Time Attack mode lets players take on all the bosses in the game, one right after the other! How far can you get?!
Wild Guns Reloaded is currently available for PlayStation 4 and PC.

Forests and rivers, farms, pastures, mines, schools, churches, and an imperial castle… all fully realized and explorable! But that’s not all… the lives of the residents there are fully simulated in spectacular detail! Interacting with the residents of the world using real communication may even make you think that you’re playing an MMORPG. You could fall in love, get married, and have a child… then pass on your legacy to your child and continue playing.
One lifetime in this world offers a completely unique storyline each time you play. An experience that transcends conventional games, becoming a cherished memory that you’ll hold in your heart forever.
About the World Neverland Series
Since the release of the first title in the series (“Olerud Kingdom Stories”) in Japan in 1997, the hit series has gone on to sell over 500,000 total units on home consoles. Elnea Kingdom is both the latest title in the series and the first to be localized and released in English.
A completely simulated society populated with unique citizens is brought to life thanks to a proprietary system patented in Japan that simulates a virtual game world, allowing players to enjoy a life in the kingdom to call their own. Players grow old with the other citizens in the game and eventually succumb to old age, but all is not lost! The game continues as players assume control of one of their children as a new player character, creating an endless gaming experience spanning multiple generations.

Mutant Mudd Collection is on sale for 50% off, at $7.50.

It's a fun game if you haven't played, and it's 3 games in one.

Kirby has a demo out.

It looks great. Not too sure on the gameplay, it seems like a game primarily for multiplayer than for single player.

I bought those joycon shells that have a Dpad in them. They’ll get here wed, but I can’t wait to put them together. My warranty was about to expire, so I said screw it. Hopefully they’re easy to assemble. I’ve watched vids, and it seems pretty easy.

WE HAVE DIRECT SIGN!!!!

Nintendo Direct is tomorrow, 5 pm EST.

Mario Tennis gets a mention as a focus.

Sure hope we finally find out what retro studios is up to. I will be at work tomorrow and so I will not know what is going on in till I get home.

Unless it is coming out this year, I am not expecting the Retro news.

I am expecting a lot of release dates, and our first look at Fire Emblem.

I don't have any expectations for this Direct. I'm not saying that as a negative. I just have absolutely no idea what Nintendo is cooking so I'm going in without any major hopes. I guess I'd like to see VC news or info on a Smash Bros port. Other than that I'll just roll with whatever the Big N has coming.

Unless it is coming out this year, I am not expecting the Retro news.

I am expecting a lot of release dates, and our first look at Fire Emblem.

I am not expecting that just cant belive it has been so long with out hearing news from them. I thought we would get something from them back when switch was first shown even if they didn't really show any thing kind of like what happened with Metroid prime not being shown but being told it was being worked one. Its starting to fell like we will never find out what retro is up to.

So I got my JoyCon shells with the Dpad, and I just got done installing them. It wasn't hard to do, and I highly recommend it if you prefer a Dpad than those c-buttons. The Dpad actually feels like an official Nintendo product. Great quality.

Pretty lame Direct. Nothing really stood out. Sure, South Park and Crash are cool, but we expected it.

They really focused on Mario Tennis and Splatoon 2 DLC.

Oh ****, I spoke too soon, lol.

Smash is coming this year! :tmm:

That was a sensational Direct. It was packed with great news. I'm happy I picked up a 2DS XL last week to play all the new 3DS games announced and happier still that Captain Toad and Crash are coming to Switch. I don't know if I'm on board with Mario Tennis, but we'll see. The Splatoon DLC is cool. Glad they're breathing some more life into the single player aspect of that game.

The Smash announcement was terrific though. Once it started playing I was pretty sure that's what it was, but man when the logo appeared with all the characters silhouetted I got goosebumps. I really hope they stick with the 2018 release for this game. I'd also wager that Smash will be their focus this E3.
