Why shouldn't they get paid, the retailer is making money from the second hand marked but the people who make the product aren't. How is that fair.

Because they already got paid once... Why on earth should they get paid a second time?! No other company gets a cut of the used market. Besides, the used market is where Gamestop makes their profit.. Not on new.. So it also keep them in business.. Them staying is business gives people a job. Cut out the used market and you'll have more unemployment.

Again.. The way MS plans on doing things won't give developers money. It all goes to MS and the Publishers.. So.. The device team is still being left out.

All they mentioned is that through Gaikai, we would have access to a large library of games and specifically stated PS3 games. Whether it has native support for PS1 and 2 title hasn't been revealed

I'd pay for an emulator app for PS1 and PS2 games, but of course I'd happily take one for free built into the OS.

To be fair, if you gave him a few million dollars, dozens of trained professionals / artists, I'm sure he could come up with something as good, if not better.

I don't think they're hideous, but they certainly could do better.

These new boxes from Sony and MS are gonna generate a hell of a lot of heat, so the design has to accommodate this.

In the end, the PS4 is just supposed to play games, and not take up too much space. It's an efficient, no nonsense design. I like it.
