i want to know what are teh extra 20 minutes?

gohan and goku fighting? this is like 2 or 4 minutes. what are the extra 16 minutes? opening credits? noooo way.

and why is the bootleg not dubbed? was this from the premiere?

barely. the bold paragraph from the Variety article basically states that this half-assed product should do well amongst people who are already fans but probably won't appeal to the masses.

which is strange since the fans are always hating it first.

Some fans will like it just because it is called Dragonball and they have been waiting for years for this film. They aren't the majority of the fanbase, but they are there. The masses I guarantee will absolutely hate this. It is complete junk and they have no emotional attachment to the name.

I'm going to assume it's Oozaru. They could have been filming various blue screen scenes on the same day. Bulma's wardrobe doesn't affect anything.

I have no idea whats wrong with some of you. Its not hard to believe this movie is only 84 mis. Sorry, there wont be a cut over 100 mins. You're dreaming. Fox pushed back the date back to friday cause they know the movie wont have any steam to win the weekend if its released in a wednesday. It's honestly as if some of you guys are living in the clouds. Men in Black 2 was only 88 mins long. Lots of movies are under 90 mins. Theres not much missing from the bootleg cut, ESPECIALLY not any fight sequences except the one in the very beginning with goku and gohan, which the clip is online. The only thing thats missing is the opening scene which will probably be a recap of piccolo, and opening credits, and none of that will be more than 5 mins. You wont get a directors cut, you wont get a 100 minute cut. The movie sucks, Fox knows it, all they care about are opening weekend numbers.

That guy in the pic is probably one of the stunt doubles in the fullum costume. Its a set photo, it doesnt have to be in the movie. they could be chilling during lunch hour.

piccolo and goku are running at the speed of normal humans at each other. and then they jump. and then some normal punches at each other. there was no sense of POWER in their fight.

aha so Ian Whyte is playing oozaru in the opening scenes. i didnt saw this. so it is 100% oozaru in the pics with bulma.

they mention that dude playing oozaru, must be earlier scene in the movie, if that is missing from footage we saw then there must be more as well, we will see tho.

The review actually says it is 85 minutes so no there are no extra scenes.
