No. It was a joke about how it seems Nintendo is making Mii Fighter costumes based on popular choices for the DLC ballot.

Over 40 Super Smash Bros characters have been rebalanced as part of the patch. Reddit user Kenniky compiled a full list of changes, which you can read below. KBG/BKB/WBKB are Knock Back Growth, Base Knock Back, and Weighted Knock Back. U, D, F, B, and N before words like air or tilt refer to aerial and tilt attacks.

I'm entering a Smash tournament tomorrow, but I don't know if I'm actually good at the game, and I can't test my skills online because I've never had a match without lag.

I've been playing for the past 2-3 weeks, and I get lag on my 3DS, and it plays much better on the Wii U. I still get lag from time to time, but I don't think I've played a non-laggy match on the 3DS.

I can sometimes get an OK match in For Glory 1v1, but if there's more than one player connected it's a lag fiesta.

Rumors popping up that Shovel Knight will be a Smash DLC character. I'd certainly love that, but I take all leaks with a grain of salt. I'm still waiting to hear about the Smash Character ballot. I wonder who came out on top.

After I learned that the Shovel Knight Amiibo isn't made by Nintendo, instead just licensed, and made in a completely different factory that Yacht Club had to figure out, I doubt we'll see him in Smash. I guess the possibility is still there, but I just don't see it.

So, out of nowhere, it looks like Nintendo put up the Pirate Ship stage from Brawl for $1.99 for the Wii U version. The 3DS one got the Duck Hunt stage for free.

Guess it's cool that we're getting all this stage DLC, but I'm not buying this round. Getting nickel and dimed by a stage here, and a stage there, is unnecessary for me. I usually play with the Final Destination mode of every stage, so no more stage stuff for me. I'll wait for new characters.

Yeah, I normally play FD mode on all stages, too. I haven't even played the Wii U Smash in awhile. I still play the 3DS version a few times a week while I watch TV. It's perfect for playing a match while there's commercials.

yep this is for those that haven't seen it yet.

Definitely didn't see Cloud coming. On one hand it's pretty exciting to have him in the game. On the other I would have liked another first party Nintendo character. Still, with the Smash Direct coming next month we're gonna have some major Smash stuff coming soon.

Cloud? Well, okay.

I guess

[blackout]FFVII remake to NX confirmed?[/blackout]

[blackout]Nah, probably not.[/blackout]

Yeah I don't see FFVI coming to NX. I think Playstation has that on lock. Still cool. Any new character is a welcome addition IMO.

It was announced as "First on PlayStation," so that seemed to imply to most that it would see releases on other platforms. It's a longshot, though, admittedly.

Final Fantasy VII is my favorite game. Advent Children is my favorite movie. I pretty much flipped out. My wallet is gonna be light, though...

They also announced that a Special Report would be coming for Smash next month. I assume it will probably show the Ballot winners. Smash is the game that just never ends.
