Start with my first post, where are the pictures of Sandman? Out of costume... Kind of like the first one ever posted by Sony. I'm starting to think that his role in this movie isn't all that big... Correct me if i'm wrong. But they have been saying that he is the main villain. WHERE ARE THE PICTURES

you obviously dont understand how films are made. they could simply be filming the middle part of the film now, or all the eddie brock scenes now. I think people forget we have still got a LONG time till the film is even released.

I do understand that and I guess maybe im jumping the gun... just wondering if anyone had any ideas... I'm trying to put the story together in my head. It's hard to depict what you read here is true or not. That is all.

I don't think it means much. I don't recall seeing any JJJ pics but we know he'll be there. Same with Aunt May. Have there been any Bruce Campbell sightings?

Remember a while back there was shooting in LA with the second unit, but shooting still continued in NY with the first unit. In my opinion, I think a lot of important things might have been shot then. When everyones attention was on the easily attainable LA photos.

hes saying movies arent shot in the same sequence that you see it in the theatre
maybe topher has other movies lined up and he has to get all of his scene out of the way now so he can begin on his next movie
plus pics of eddie brock dont spoil anything, hes a photographer just like peter, if people see him on the street they arent going to realize its a character from a movie
they will usually try and hide big characters until after they release official pics
im sure you wont see any fan taken pictures of sandman, green goblin or venom until you see official pictures of them

Why not talk about the Sandman a little bit? Eddie's got his own thread, Gwen, Peter, and just about everyone else hastheir own thread. So let's use this thread as a space for EVERYTHING Flint Marko/Sandman from S-M3. (Pictures, news, etc.)

First of all, let me just say that from the November 2005 picture of THC as Flint, I was SO glad Sandman was going to be in this movie. Although (yes, I've said it many times) I thought Thomas Haden Church would've made the best Eddie Brock possible(both for his stature and acting abilities), I have accepted that Topher got that role, but it's ok, because I'm more than anxious to see Mr. Church with hands of sand.

While I will like to see how Sandy's character is portrayed by Church and how the visual effects will look, Sandy isn't one of my fave characters. Probably because if how Spidey first beats him in the comics.....

I KNOW we'll get something on Sandman at Comic-Con. We have to...they can't just show us a picture of him in 2005, say or show anothing about him in 2006, and release the movie in 2007. Well, technically they can, but you know what I mean. I see the Comic-Con Spidey 3 session going something like this...

1)Official confirmation of THC/Sandman, JF/GG2, and TG/Venom. The 4th villain hopefully will also be revealed.
2)Official movie poster for S-M3, along with possibly a Sandman poster. (as he is the main nemesis of this picture)
3) (if not yet released with SR) The release date of the teaser trailer, or (if the teaser iswith SR) the announcement of a new trailer probably with Ghost Rider..in Feb.
4)(Hopefully) Photos galore!!!! (Not from the set, from actual completed scenes of the movie.)

I expect Comic-Con for S-M3 to be something like that.
