As i've taken an enforced leave from here for a few days to keep away from the Novel spoilers....

AS I DON'T WANT TO KNOW ANY OF THEM (hint, hint :) )

...I've not seen what's been posted, so i dunno if this clip of Rosie Hungtington-Whitely on the Ellen show has been posted yet...

I've no idea how to embed on here, soz...

Anyone know what this clip she mentioned was of?

hey lee, quote this post and look at my code to see how it's done. you fill the youtube bracket with the part of the video url that comes after the equal sign. ...youtube.com/watch?v=xmC_gXXGy9w

[YT]xmC_gXXGy9w[/YT]

as for what she's referring to, that remains a mystery. the way these shows work, it probably pertains to her.

Can anyone tell me what the hell those tentacle things are in the latest trailer?

So apparently Osama bin Megatron is real. WTF IS THIS ****? Also, Prime blew the right part of his face, not the left.

Why did they change the faces of Ratchet and Sideswipe? Ratchet looks like he has Downs syndrome and SW is... different and has a pig nose. Megatron's nose is also different for no apparent reason. They also removed those triangles in Prime's eyes. I really liked those.

Another thing i noticed is that Prime's hand would retract and the sword would take its place. Now the blade appears over his hand, without it retracting, allowing him to hold a gun and have his blade out. It also matches the toy that couldnt do that hand retract thing.

Trivial details, but i'm a pedantic nerd and they re ruining ma transformers! FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

what kind of alt mode does Wheeljack have he was one of my favorites when I was young and watched the cartoon...?

And does this movie leave room for a sequel?

Mercedes Benz.... can't remember which model exactly...

This is the end of the Bay movies and the Shia movies AFAIK....

Detailed description of the 30 minutes footage shown a few months ago.

- Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) is encouraged by his girlfriend, Carly Miller (Rosie Huntington-Whiteley) to go to a job interview. In a Flashback, it is revealed that Sam met Carly at the White House, when President Barack Obama gave him a medal for assisting the Autobots in taking down the Fallen in Egypt. At the time, Carly was a part of Obama's staff. Sam also complains about how, even though he saved the world twice, NEST refused his application for a job there.

- Sam gets a job interview with Bruce Brassos (John Malkovich), the CEO of a major company and something of a nutjob. At one point, Brassos notices that one of the secretaries is drinking coffee from a red mug and, annoyed by the fact that it doesn't match the yellow carpet, he tells his assistant to destroy the mug.

- Later on, Sam is approached by a co-worker (Ken Jeong), who recognizes him as the man who helped the Autobots. The guy drags Sam to the bathroom and tries to take off his pants and give Sam his "testimonal", and Sam tries to get away from him. Brassos enters to bathroom to find Sam and his co-worker, pants arround his ankles, scuffling on the floor.

- Later on, Sam meets with Carly at Dylan's (Patrick Dempsey) penthouse, where she is organizing his race car collection. Dylan appear and flirts slightly with Carly, much to Sam's dismay.

- Later on, in Chicago, Sam, Colonel William Lennox (Josh Duhamel) and Sargeant Robert Epps (Tyrese Gibson) are in a car, making their way through a destroyed city. Sam wants to reach Carly, but Epps says that it's impossible, as the Decepticon flagships above are ready to kill any human. A fleet of military jets try to take the ships down, but it is destroyed. Fleeting civilians are also shot at and reduced to charred skeletons by the ships. Suddenly, Optimus Prime appears and damages the ship, that crash-lands on the streets. The Decepticon pilots crawl out of the wreckage only to be attacked and ripped apart limb by limb by the Wreckers.

- Later on, Sam - using a power glove built by Wheeljack -, Carly, Lennox, Epps and other soldiers are making their way through the city. Sam and Carly get separated from the group and are attacked by Starscream. Sam uses the glove's grappling hook to damage Starscream's eye and put a bomb inside it. Starscream continues his attack as Lennox and his team open fire against him.

- Later on, the humans are trapped inside the building as the Driller is tearing it apart. As the structure begins to crumble and Decepticon Drones start to invade, Lennox and Epps take down some of them and use the toppled building as a "slide" to evade the Decepticons and reach the street.

- At some point, Ironhide and Sideswipe fight side-by-side against several Decepticons. Sideswipe uses his arm cannons.

- At some point, Mirage and Bumblebee transform in the desert and start firing against unseen enemies.

- At some point, the army tries an air strike against the Decepticons forces in Chicago, but the helicopters are taken down by Starscream and a fleet of ships under his command.

- At some point, Optimus Primes walks down the street as buildings explode arround him, takes down two Drones and confronts Shockwave, who crawls out of the Driller and ***** his gun, ready to fight.

Malkovich will either be totally awesome, or totally lame and embarrassing.

But seriously Protocida, where do you get all these scoops? Are you a ninja?

I'm a wizard. :woot:

Seriously, though. I got this one from TFW2005. :cwink:

And a information about the ending that'll probably divide the fans.

After defeating Sentinel Prime, Optimus Prime and Megatron look back on the years they've lost at war with eachother and wonder if a truce can be established between the Autobots and the Decepticons, ending their conflict.

If this is the end of the Bay franchise, it makes sense. Just because it's never happened in other stories doesn't make it a bad idea.

The human parts...sound how I expect them to be.

That makes sense, and gives some much needed depth to the characters as a whole, as well as the mythos.

I thought they were going to get rid of the toilet humour? That bathroom scene??? No pun intended.

There probably will still be some, just to a much lesser extent. I would veture to guess about the same level as in the 1st movie, maybe even less, than in the 1st movie, and maybe not as crass (save for the one that you just mentioned).

Michael Bay always said that John Turturro and Ken Jeong were still going to provide comic relief. And the scene isn't really toilet humor. [BLACKOUT]Jeong's character is a conspiracy theorist who is trying to give Sam an essay on "the aliens", which he keeps in his pants for security purposes.[/BLACKOUT]

Also, AICN published the first review of the movie and it is extremely positive. It calls Transformers: Dark of the Moon the best movie of the franchise.
