This is the second time that names came up for the Ferrari in an interview. I dont know though. Dreadbox and dreadbots are kind of similar names. Bay and Interviewers might be mixing up some info. People also mentioned he has no autobotlogo and has red eyes. Maybe hes undercover on a side for awhile since weve seen him cruising with the autobots alot.

From the collider interview awhile back

Bay: I think the Ferrari is interesting. I call him the Dreadbox. I don’t know what the toys are going to be called; I have my own name for these things. They’re pretty cool; they’re Decepticons. We have a new character, an Autobot, who can invent **** and fix stuff.

Will Ferrari have an Italian accent?

Bay: Yes. And Ferrari will have to approve the voice. They just want it to be not cheesy Italian. They want it to be something that fits the car.

Sounds like hes talking about the Dreads and the Ferrari so maybe its an undercover dread? An Italian accent for a decepticon doesnt seem to fit imo.

At Charity shows for Ferrari he was a confirmed autobot. So...I have no idea, alot of info claiming other things.

It is. Thats what Bay calls him. We dont know who he is still. I personally think he will be an Autobot, given the amount of footage with them.

Bay frequently states that the names don't matter to him. Remember, we had two Devastators- the tank 'Con Hasbro called Brawl, and the actual Devastator in ROTF. Wait for confirmed names in print before calling it too early.

* Burglars broke into the production offices of the movie. Federal authorities have been called in due to the sensitive nature of the burglary.

Yeah as much as I poke fun at ROTF I really admire Michael Bay as a director a lot and respect his work dearly no matter what people say. He's a technical mastermind in terms of work ethic in what some may consider "unorthodox". Its unique its him, its Bay.

I wish them much luck in this case and I hope the perpetrators are caught and fined/jailed.

Agreed, Bay brought some of the best visuals I've ever seen in a comic book film with the Transformers series. I wish the investigators luck on finding the culprits responsible for the robbery.
