Its not practical to cover his face, connecting the eye area to the mouth area... Why?

1. It is too loose of a helmet that it'd be easy to lose a good amount of sight with it, as it does not seem to come into direct contact with the face.

2. They gave us a rounded, more Juggernaut-esque shaped helmet that I would have expected. They sacrifised the inner face plate so we could get a rounder, Juggernaut-looking helmet. Besides, it would be ackward and useless in the movie to have that there... it'd look fake. No one would wear that...

agreed.. but i would have loved to see(along with a whole mess of people) the real deal juggernaut.. ALSO do you think when he speaks will he have a british or american accent?

I fooled around with the Colossus promo pic, cuz his eyes were creeping me out like he was Dr. Doom or something. I lightened it up a great deal too.

And here's one of Josh Holloway as Gambit. I did this long before that article surfaced about him being considered at one time. I think I used Scott's uniform.

Much better, it wouldn't have been hard to do this in the movie.

I like the look but they could've covered his face. I'm tired of actors not wanting to cover their faces but they're playing roles of comic book characters that do and they need to get over themselves and be happy to be a part of such a great movie. I'm not saying that's the case for Vinnie but, the movie makers need a bit more imagination when it comes to these comic book movies.

They act like they're afraid to make them. Like in FF, Doom could've had a bigger armored look, Vader had it and he's inspired by Doom, let the original show everyone who's the main man.

C'mon people, open up your minds.
