Some of the new hi-res ones have been cleaned up and brightened a little. Also, Cyclops' photo is different.

Hmm, Mystiques pic is completely different, as is Colossus' and Cyclops, oh and Rogue!
Storm's eyes were redone, and they were all retouched.

Thats what there is to compare.

No matter how hard I look I can never tell the color of Jean's and Rogue's piping on their uniforms

Jeans was red. Not sure of Rogue's. I believe it was green.

Yeah, Rogue's was dark green. Jean's was red.

It was the piping as well right? Not just the metal X's?

I'm assuming yes. You can see the red on the collar of Jean's, and the green on Rogue's is dark enough that in that lighting it would look like black.

Those images of Jean and Rogue look manipped, like someone added the color.
