So I figured a single place to list all the current ongoing mysteries season 1 of AOS has brought up:

1. Who or what is Skye... the biggest mystery yet... is she Jessica drew? An Alien? A Inhuman? How is the (Kree?) serum going to affect her?

2. What is in Coulson and how is it going to affect him... also who was in charge of that operation... Tahiti is not fully exposed yet...

3. Who is ward really? The Grant Ward cover is clearly a fake. His responses to skye and garret in the last episode seems to indicate we really don't know his story yet

4. Who or What is Garret? He has a metallic plate in his side and that seems to have some significance.. when Turn Turn Turn started, it opened with "don't fear the reaper" is garret perhaps the Grim reaper?

5. Is Victoria hand dead? it seems implausible that she survived, but she did have trust issues and LMDs are in play, as would Hydra keeping her alive if she survived the gunshot...

6. Is H.A.M.M.E.R on the way? Shield is done for the time being, something must replace it officially... If Hand survived this would be a lock. Also an appearance by Eric Keonig would support Fury having a group of Shield people operating off the radar.

7. who is the mysterious person above Garret in Hydra... a nameless Hydra person or someone more familiar? Also what was the initial plan he and ward spoke of...

8. What was the question Raina was hoping to ask the Clairvoyant... and who is she really? Hydra is going well out of its way to keep her in the fold

9. The Fridge breakout... will this signify more superbaddies in the near future... I mean besides Graviton and blackout?

10. Is Tripplet or Simmons Hydra... Tripplet still served exactly the same way Ward did under Garrett... could he simply be an unactivated Hydra agent... and Simmons actions have been very odd lately... given the triangle forming with Fitz-simmons and tripplett, a traitor among them would be interesting..

I know I am missing some...

11. How will Coulson react when him and Fury cross paths again.... supposed to be in the season finale

12. May has a story to tell beside working on the low for Fury....why is she the way she is...what made her so cold on most occasions

13. Ward's story with his brother in the well.....whats the motivation behind the episode now that he's reviled as a double agent

this is neither here nor there, but (physically) Ward would make a really good "Wonderman." he'd already have a better story than the comic book version. same with Garrett being Grim Reaper. but Garrett already exists in the books. and he is a cyborg in the books. they've just changed his allegiance. I figure that he'll go full-Deathlok at some point.

I also kind of want Victoria Hand. and I don't care how they explain it.

who was the Gifted individual that May took down in Bahrain?
Where is the Leader?
Is Garrett really the clairvoyant?

Raina's question for Garrett most likely has to do with the afterlife.
She will probably ask him about it just before she sends him there .

Honestly, I'm just worried that they'll never really give an explanation as to why Fury went through so much trouble in order to bring Coulson back and that Coulson's whole return was nothing more than the creators needing a popular SHIELD character to headline this show and that his whole return was just a gimmick.

Who was the woman in the pilot that gets away in the beginning?

The female doctor who Mike saved?

And was burnt to death by Scorch?

That one?

Who was really behind Coulson's resurrection and why was it done to him?

Who would out Fury, Fury?:wow:

Will Chloe get to meet Iron Man in the flesh or will May and Hill get to give Thor a physical examination?:cwink:

Could we meet Cap in the series and he brings in Deathlok so Mike can be saved?

Can Talbot be more of a *****ebag then he was in the movies... is that actually physically possible?!!!:yay:

I actually do think we'll get an answer (based on some spoilers). However, that doesn't mean we can't speculate before then. My theory is that Fury needed someone he could trust because he thought there was something problematic inside SHIELD (which turned out to be HYDRA).

Who really were "Bob" and "unknown guard" at the now defunct Project T.A.H.I.T.I base? Oops, it kinda really looks like they were SHIELD at this point.

At least it was Garrett and Ward that actually gunned those two down in the firefight. :cwink:

Lola vs Deathlok in the finale

Deathlok grabs the car thinking to pick it up and shake Coulson out of the car seat.

Coulson pulls that lever...

"Might not want to let go now..." he tells Deathlok now that Lola is 50' up in the air and rising....:woot:

After the most recent Episode, I don't think that we will see Lola in the finale ,but you never know .

THIS! It's been bugging me since it was mentioned, and the fact that they were leaving little nudges here and there for awhile....

Nothing very big and it could just me connecting dots were there are none, but there's one instance in "Yes Men," where May says something like, "....where people are being controlled, it's hard to distinguish friend from foe." It's just the way she says it, like she's has past experience, that make me lead it back to that incident, whatever it may be.

The Purple Man maybe?

Could be resolved in the Jessica Jones Netflix series maybe?

Is this show worth watching? I switched off after about 4 episodes, I was really disappointed with it

This is a biased opinion of course (in America were about to see Episode #22 of 22) as we're at the end of the first season. It really does pick up steam and there is a lot of fun in the build up, but the real cream is the back half like:

> Episode "YES MEN" - Lady Sif from Thor guest stars in it.

> Episode "TRACKS" - Excellent episode that leads into:

> Episode "TAHITI" - where it starts to seriously unravel the main issues with who is Skye AND what caused Coulson's Life after Death in THE AVENGERS.

The final act's focus with the remaining episodes is the events before and after CAPTAIN AMERICA: TWS, if we have failed to hook you after those three mentioned, I really don't know if the rest, which is awesome, will be worth your time. There is betrayal, murder, action, lethal firefights, trust issues, great acting by folks who you might not have liked previously, and a couple of pretty cool villains that reveal themselves to cause chaos. I hope that helps. :yay:

Were at the end in the UK to, new episodes are aired here like 3 or 4 days after the US, I caught the last 5 minutes of an episode last night and it seemed like a lot was going on and it felt there was a different tone, the first few episodes just felt really cheesy to me, I'm definitely gonna watch the entire season at some point, I'm to much of a Marvel fan to not watch, its just at the start I wanted to like it so badly, and I just didn't.

Would love to see Deathlok
