As it stands right now...What are the most saught after/rarest Marvel Legends action figures??

Since i've been collecting I would say Deadpool, Juggernut & Hawkeye in that order.

I recently lucked out and got my hands on a Hawkeye. I've given up on finding Deadpool & Juggernut at reasonable prices. I purchased the Spider-Man line Juggernaut & will purchase the new Deadpoll expected later this year.

Series 1 Iron Man Gold & Stealth varients are hard to find, and when they are on ebay they run depending of condition around $90.00 or more.

The rarest is blue wasp from modok series then its crimson dawn psyloke and silver shirted luke cage from mojo series. As these were never fully released dont expect to grab them anytime soon though.

Apart from that stealth iron man is the most expensive legend to grab in decent condition.

If you bring in the classics lines of fantastic four and hulk you alo have absorbin man and dragon man that will set you back a fair bit as well.

Then again depends what you consider expensive as theres a lot of figures that were out in the dozens that are racking up a lot of money due to hasbros take over.

I've got the Juggernaut figure... didn't know it was rare...

It goes for up to $90 on ebay.I have Juggernaut and got it in a lot with a bunch of other figures for $100.

I have all the "rare ones" but I think Juggs, Deadpool, Dark Pheonix, Hawkeye, Stealth IM are some of the most difficult catches...

I've had them all in my hands at one point or another (Except the Psylock and Cage varients.....and Blue Wasp)

But the rest have goen through my hands.....and yeah, I think Stealth Iron Man and Gold Iron Man from wave 1 are right up there......they went from me to FTB and Spideyboy respectively.

I've also got Deadpool and Hawkeye, but some of the pieces are missing to both.:csad:

the backwards rachel variant was limited to like 500 wasnt it?
i know its a packaging variant but still

in order... i'd say...

1st) Luke Cage and Psylocke variants (very few were made, and even fewer hit stores

I can't judge in all fairness... the rare ones that i do own i got pretty easily back when they were released...as for those who've only been collecting a short time and trying to find these, i'd imagine they'd be pretty difficult.

and rough, the F4 Kang has a different, and imo better, paint job then the ML one, plus he has his gun! :D

What did they look like?

and $2,500.00?! Are you insane?!!

Cage has a silver shirt and psyloke is crimson dawn version.

Iron fit, wonderman and bishop i would say are in no way rare. Although i think you missed suited jigsaw out of your list and goliath was a pain for my self to get.

All in all i think the rareness of a figure all depends how long you have collected for. If you bouht the series as they appeared im guessing not very. If you had to go back and get some im guessing some were pretty rare.

And i have 4 of those f4 doombots

I think the XMC Rogues should be on that list somewhere. And FFC series 2 Invisible Woman. And War Machine from the Galactus Series

I think ML 4's Goliath should be there.

And well...Spider Jay, you weren't here for the height of it, but yes, I live with an addiction to collecting.

Yeah i said goliath rough :)

Spiderman 1st appearance was pretty hard to get hold of after the inital wave dropped due to him having the sentinal head. Thats the series i started to colect in.

And what makes you think that, Mr. Smartypants? I still have ML1 Cap, IM, Hulk and Toad MOC that I bought from TRU in a single trip.

Not only was I there at the height, I was there at the beginning too. Starting with Spider-Man Classics, which I have all 4 figs from series 1 and 2 MOC, less variants.

And whether I was there from the height or not, Two Thousand Five Hundred dollars for two action figures is ridiculous. Search your feelings, Winter Ninja, you know it to be true. :cwink:

what? no, I meant you weren't a frequenter of the products forum during the height of my addiction.

I was paying hundreds of dollars for figs and stuff.....it was bad.

oh, OK. My bad, dude. I thought you were dismissing my collecting.

Hundreds of dollars? God Lord, Rough, I hope you have a great job or nice supply of cash. Did your family spring an intervention on you?

Damn dude, I was trippin' when I thought I was gonna have to pay $100 for BAF Giant Man. How serious were you about the $2500?

Let's all say it together: Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars for a Luke Cage and Psylocke.

I was very damn close.......like....had the auction showed up 2-3 weeks earlier, I probably wouldn't have hesitated.
