Well, that depends on which X-Property we're talking, because I'd hardly call the likes of Logan, Deadpool, and especially Legion mistakes, even though I know a lot of folks, even some here, would easily call Deadpool- which was still Tim Miller's first film- and maybe Logan happy accidents or lucky results even though they had talented folks writing and directing those projects, especially with Noah Hawley's work on Legion, though that's a TV show with more freedom...though I'd easily put Legion above any other comic adaptation on right now.

Here's Fox's legacy:
X-Men - Hit
Daredevil - Miss
X2: X-Men United - Hit
FF - Miss
Elektra - Miss
X-Men: The Last Stand - Miss
FF2 - Miss
X-Men Origins: Wolverine - Miss
X-Men: First Class - Hit
The Wolverine - Eh
X-Men: Days of Future Past - Hit
Fant4stic - Miss
Deadpool - Hit
X-Men: Apocalypse - Miss
Out of 14 films, they've had 5 decent ones and putting Kinberg in charge of X-Men certainly isn't going in the right direction.

What does this have to do with FF exactly? It's pretty ****** for X-Men fans but not really pertaining to what this threads purpose is.Here's Fox's legacy:

Laying out the track record of the studio that holds the rights to the FF doesn't have anything to do with the FF?What does this have to do with FF exactly?
Yeah I say 5 Hits 7 Misses 2 Meh
I know very few, if any, will agree with me on this, but I'd probably say three meh because I think the director's cut of Daredevil is quite good. Theatrical cut is okay at best, but there's a lot put back in and cut out of the director's cut that I think improves the film, like cutting out the Matt/Elektra sex scene or the extended subplot with Matt and Foggy dealing with their defendant.
The Director's cut is a better movie, but it still has that playground scene![]()

The only way for Hugh Jackman's Wolverine to be in the MCU and not mess up continuities is to have an adaptation of the original Secret Wars where the Beyonder can bring people from different universes together onto Battleworld. They can go their separate ways afterwards, or they could cross to the MCU earth for a visit, like how it is done with the Flash and Supergirl on the CW.
There's no way though they can say that the X-Men always existed in the MCU.
Or Hugh Jackman can play a new character................like Adam Warlock..............or Reed Richards.![]()

Which is infuriating to me because the X-Men proper should be the priority. The X-Family TV and solo projects are doing well, but X-Men proper is in pretty rough shape.
