I thought there was a thread on this but couldn't find it so anyway.... been reading idw's new rocketeer adventures which in turn made me rewatch the movie and i forgot how great they all were. i would love to see this remade. it's such a great property i have no idea why it hasn't been discussed yet. so who would you guys cast in the film if you had the power?

Cliff Seacord/ The Rocketeer : I think there are a couple of guys who could play with that boy next door charm and that john mclain han solo approach to action( getting by on luck and making it up as you go). so here are my picks i would be happy with.

I'm jus gonna say I support Krasinski for the role. He is tall, good looking, and has that all american look. I enjoyed the film Leatherheads with him and thought he really fit in that time period.

i think it would be awesome if they reboot it. i own the orgianl rocketeer on dvd. it on blu ray now. i like to get it on blu ray.

Yeah I also have the movie. Its great, the movie and comic jus take you to this place and you get this feeling that its possible for all this to have taken place. I love it and can't even describe how awesome it would be to get a remake. I love the design of The Rocketeer and his world, Dave Stevens created a masterpeice that will make his name known for years and years to come
