The Sauce thread

Bourbon caramel sauce. If we are counting dessert sauces.
 
I am getting more into hot chilli sauces. I grown my own chillies and some are hot. I made sauce out of ghost chillies which are like the 7th hottest chilli in the world and it was dangerous. I actually made it too hot. It's about getting it just right.

On the milder side I like ranch. Which is actually not as popular here in Australia but when I was in the USA I saw how popular it was.
 
Barbecue sauce I think goes with pretty well anything. 57 is my pick with french fries.
 
Gotta say you guys in America are serious about your sauces. :funny:
 
Mayo, on everything but no with fries. Fries go with ketchup.

You are of course omitting one of the best sauces in the Known Universe, Heinz Salad Cream...

I have to watch my weight...

The best is mixing this in equal measure with ketchup to produce a tangy and refreshing sauce to end all sauces!
 
Ketchup is my number 1 favorite sauce. I love it with most everything.

I also like Barbecue, Cocktail, and 57 sauces too. But any mayo based sauce is something I can't ever get into.
 
Ranch and BBQ sauce are my go to dipping sauces. But I like pretty much anything drenched in sauce. Pasta, pizza, steak, etc. Give me mountains of sauce!!!!
 
I love all different types of hot sauces. I'm a big hot sauce fan.
