Saw a picture of Murray in the outfit. It made me unbelievably sad. To see such a great actor reduced to dressing up in something he did over 20 years ago. It honestly hurt.

I'm really glad I saw that picture Bill in his Ghostbusters costume (which is awesome and totally not sad at all) now I have no reason to watch this awful show.

Why does Kristen Stuart have to win the female award? That dumb ass Twilight is already taking everything of at the Mtv awards...i thought the Scream voting process had a little more sense to it.

I lasted 7 minutes. Spike award shows are just so awful. They're basically begging you to think they're cool. The VGAs are especially bad, when they pay models to scream for games they've never heard of.

It's not sad at all! Well I think Bill Murray looked cool but mostly, I think the appearance was completely tongue in cheek, basically poking fun at the audience who wants to see him do another GB film when he knows he'll never say yes to it.

Agreed the Spike Awards have few redeeming qualities(this year is the BTTF thing, Bill Murray, and True Blood winning some awards) but other than that they definitely try too hard to be cool. "ooh lets have marylin manson present the main award with a girl on fire next to him...the kids will love it."
