Everybody's already figured "See you in December" for being something that had to do with a trailer or some kinda big event for the movie.

But I think everyone is not connecting the idea of the Viral Campaign itself. It's supposed to be a big Campaign for Harvey Dent. So when Joker says "See you in December", I believe he's commenting on the election's end or the D.A.'s starting month of serving.

I think I kinda got the idea but I'm not exactly sure; could you be more specific.

I'm saying in Gotham City the election for District Attorney, which is what Harvey Dent is running for, ends in December and they announce who got the position.

Joker's just being an ass. "I believe in Harvey Dent too! HAHA See you in December!"

wait a second guys.

"Seen you in December" can mean a whole lot of things, it could be directed to Dent (keeping it within the context of the story) AND it could be directed to the fans (relating it to the real world). remember the first time we saw anything about See You In December was from the last casting side, which apparently involves The Joker, since then it was a consistent marketing scheme. something WILL happen in December on a marketing standpoint, we just have to wait what that will be.

Okay, so elections are held in November and offices appointed in January. The message says "see you in december." Hmmm, so where does December fit in.

Honestly, I think that December is when a true trailer will be shown. I think this original idea from the beginning of this thread is very interesting, but most people shouldn't have to think that hard for some marketing/advertising ploy.

Good idea though.
