The Dark Knight The "See You In December" Thread

the background is black and the text is red, that can only mean one thing. the menstrual cycle. the menstrual cycle happens every month so that gives us 30. If we add a 0 to 30 we get 300 so that can only mean one thing. Gerard Butler is confirmed as Selina Kyle.

Best newbie post of the year... by far...:woot::up:

I just think this will be the next time we'll see an image of the Joker. I think we will get a teaser before then(perhaps during ComicCon) but I doubt we will see the Joker in it.

Wonder if they got that idea of perhaps showing a trailer in December because of The Joker´s first appearance in Batman Year One

Well he didn't appear in Year One just referenced on the last page on December 3. He shows up in The Long Halloween at Christmas time. So it could be related to those of be completely random. We'll find out sooner or later.

Well thats what I meant, the reference of him at the end of Year One

December sure is looking mighty far away right about now

it just shows how WB is appealing to both the Batman fanbase and the mainstream by using a line from the comics to aid their marketing campaign. sure, normal moviegoers probably won't make the connection, but for the fans this is just great.

the upper and the lower case letters might be away to separate the words. Also, if ignore a one for one replacement on the letters the lower case might be rearranged to be:

be unseen (repeat an N)

and I have no clue what the second word would be.

also - has anyone thought about replacing the black pixels in the image of the joker's mouth with a different color? on the actual image - it looks like something might be hidden in the actual pixels.

Everybody's already figured "See you in December" for being something that had to do with a trailer or some kinda big event for the movie.

But I think everyone is not connecting the idea of the Viral Campaign itself. It's supposed to be a big Campaign for Harvey Dent. So when Joker says "See you in December", I believe he's commenting on the election's end or the D.A.'s starting month of serving.

Thanks for the confused look.

I also think Joker fancies himself as a contender to Dent.

hahahaha i know exactly what you mean its really quite smart like the "campaign" but they make it look real so when it finally comes on its gonna look like a real campain but really its the trailer i think thats what your trying to say right?

:bat: Bnightwing :bat:

youve got it!

(???????????)

I'm not so sure what you mean.

But off-topic, you must be the same Carnotaur3 who went to JPToys, right? And Dan's JP3 Page?

Well, I don't think so. But I'm sure "See you in December" is the next viral campaign site we'll see, and I bet it arrives close to the release of the teaser in two weeks.

Yep, I'm the star. :)

Ah, I thought I recognized you're name. You might know me as Spielberg Fan on JPToys, or as I'm infamous at Dan's for is Quasar, when I trolled for a bit. It was fun, but I'm a bit ashamed of trolling.

:woot:
