I think this three-part story (Amazing Spider-Man #100-#102) should be the inspiration for Spidey 4. It has Morbius, The Lizard and a mutated six armed Spidey. With all three characters asking the question, are they Man... or Monster!?

You could even swap Morbius for Carnage.

I don't think it's a good idea. We're walking into B movie territory if we've got Spider-Man with 6 arms.

If done correctly, certainly. And, if Venom is returning, the fun would be even more twisted. But it could work...if they want to go down the path of submitting to the darkness again. They did just do it in Spidey 3...

Technically, if your going by the animated cartoon, then it has Morbius, Lizard, Kraven, Black Cat and Punisher

I think SM4 should have
Lizard, Kraven, Black Cat
