That's an ackward battle since the creatures live in completely different mediums. I'd rather watch the Go-bots battle the Transformers and get their asses handed to them. Critters vs. Gremlins could also be interesting.
Chucky vs. Leprechaun would at least be funny.

I still think it was a bad idea to make this live action. I think it would have been decent if it was an animated movie.
