The Sunfire/Shiro Yoshida Thread

A current member of the X-Men in the comics. Sunfire is one of the oldest X-Men characters (the only one from the Giant Size X-Men) that have yet to appear in a live action adaptation. His biggest break outside of the comics is X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse. In the comics, he has joined the Avengers and Big Hero 6. He also became a horseman of Apocalypse.

Who will be the MCU Sunfire?

Great thread idea, classic character. Curious how they would adapt his unique costume.
Would love to see him realized in live action.

I wish Disney didn't take Big Hero 6 to Walt Disney Animation Studios entirely, seemingly removing the rights to use them from Marvel internally or something.

While the original comics weren't great, they had some great concepts that Disney's version didn't utilize to their fullest and presented a group of diverse heroes. Comics Baymax is very different and comics Fred is just strictly better. It would've been great had the option been there for Big Hero 6 to exist as a Japanese superhero team that works with the likes of Sunfire and Silver Samurai.
