The Superhero Cinematic Civil War of Tomorrow Thread - Part 62

Linda Hamilton and Jamie Lee Curtis are probably some of few women in Hollywood who are actually aging.

This last page was funny as hell.

Silently judging everyone who has streaming services and pay for the ads though. :o

Every time I'm like "Alright that's it, I'm cancelling [streamer A]" something comes on said service that I'm like "Oh I can't cancel it yet, damn"

I was on the verge with Netflix, but then Stranger Things was coming, plus like Mr. BillyGunn I get it discounted from Tmobile, so its my only ad-free streamer, now I can't get rid of it. :hehe:

Speaking of streaming services, one of the biggest injustices on planet earth currently today is that the Robert Townsend classic, Meteor Man, is not on any streaming service.

I can’t even find it on YouTube, Dailymotion, or my local library through Hoopla.
I'm constantly running into the fact that I can't stream most movies that I'd like to watch, despite having a truckload of paid and free streaming services at my disposal and a good VPN. Physical media is still incredibly valuable.

Is this T-Mobile cell service or home internet... or both?

Throw in Brainiac when he's cast.

I guess there are multiple answers when you split Marvel and DC as well as human and not human. I feel like Reed Richards is canonically the smartest human in the Marvel universe and Luthor is the smartest in the DC universe but I think Brianiac is smarter than both?

Aside from Sam Rockwell those are some underwhelming choices.
I'm sorry buddy, I know you wanted Wallace Shawn. :o

Bruce I would say is smarter than Lex, but Brainy is smarter than them both.

And to your latter point, :csad: :

I feel like it would be similar to that episode of The Simpsons when the local MENSA took over the town to make a utopia if you get these people together.

I’d go with Bang. Only seen him in the Dracula miniseries and the Northman, but he was great in those.

No complaints about Smith either. Can’t see Rockwell as Brainiac, tbh.

Ditto. Could I see him in the DCU as somebody? Absolutely. Just not Brainiac. Though at least if he were Brainiac he wouldn't be wasted like he was in the MCU.

For the life of me, I can't remember Claes Bang in The Northman at all but I'd be fine with him as Brainiac. Matt Smith would be good too.
