I don’t know why studios keep hiring (or considering) Joaquin to star in movies if he’s gonna be a diva and pull out at the last minute. He threatened to pull out of Napoleon, C’mon C’mon and the first Joker movie until he got what he wanted or got talked out of it. Then he pulls out of that Todd Haynes movie and Split.

If he was in any other profession, he’d be fired on the spot.

I think the very fact that we’ve all been screaming at Sony to make SM4 about Kingpin/Daredevil/Black Cat for the past two years is the precise reason they wont do it. Even though thats the most logical direction to go in.

Too obvious right.

I guess they were always going to have some multiverse stuff in there ahead of the upcoming MCU event films, but I hope Kingpin, Daredevil and Black Cat play a big part in some future Spidey films - would prefer Black Cat as a long term ally across multiple films.

I'm encouraged that we have a new film and a new show in the Reeves-verse. Maybe it's not getting wound up asap in that case and there is hope of it continuing to some extent alongside the DCU for a while (even if nowhere near what I was originally hoping for).

Totally deserves one. I absolutely loved Reeves’ version of Penguin and Catwoman.

For what it's worth @Shinobi Shaw and @Spider-Fan . I rather enjoyed The Crow 2024. I can see it gaining its own cult status down the line.

Just not as much as the original.
