The Superhero Cinematic Civil War: The SUMC Was In The Amazon With My Mom Studying Spiders Right Before It Died - Part 61

Yeah as much as I enjoyed Frances McDormand's performance in Three Billboards, that was clearly Margot Robbie's Oscar for I Tonya.

McDormand was phenomenal in that movie, but the story and characters were contrived at best. Her character in RL would’ve been arrested for assault and battery for kneeing teenagers in the crotch for one. And getting away with arson on the police station is another.

They should’ve given Robbie the Oscar that year and saved Fran’s second Oscar win for Nomadland (which was authentic and heartfelt compared to Three Billboards).

Yeah that’s another reason why I wasn’t feeling those SpiderVerse movies low key.

Moore had the audacity to disrespect a real life superhero by saying Rosa Parks should’ve caught a cab.

F him.

Seriously. He sounds like he was trying to get a gig on Fox News with those stupid comments.

Moore just watched Barbershop one too many times.

Wait, what did Moore say about Rosa Parks?

While we’re on the subject…I absolutely love Andre 3000, but I get pissed at the fact that OutKast didn’t pay any royalties to Rosa Parks for their song “Rosa Parks” and then basically fought her in court.

That never sat right with me either.

Malcolm X called it. The most disrespected person in America is the black woman. As per our recent election, you can see why.

But I digress.

Come see this movie. I promise you it won't disappoint.

Lol
After watching Kraven:

(Did I just resurrect an ancient meme? You bet. :o)

Marvel didn't want to keep you ATJ. Take the hint. :o
lol for real. They didn’t even invite him back for WandaVision. No chance Kevin the Hunter shows up in anything after his movie bombs.
Was the decision to kill Quicksilver more of a Whedon or a Feige one? Obviously both had to agree on it but we all know Whedon loves to kill off characters. Still odd that Pietro hasn't been seen since even as a cameo.

Hey I'm just looking at how Hollywood does it, govnah. :o

I'm gonna die a little on the inside when I see we have a FF movie that Disney shot all through London and not one scene on location in New York City.

The FF, the most New York-iest of all superheroes next to Spidey... not having one scene in Midtown or somewhere. :csad:

We had it all at one time.
