And the sloppy 5 in "2025" is triggering my OCD.

Guess it really will be more SnAIder Cuts from here on out I don’t have to watch.

What about AIyer Cuts? Has anybody seen Ayer lately? Maybe he’s already been replaced by a bot that says to re-release his dusty movie nobody cares about. 🤔

If the denizens of DC's earth are too dumb to figure out Clark Kent is Superman, there's no way they're putting all that together
I know this is a joke and all, but putting on my nerd hat, I have to go on a rant:

The primary reason why people don’t expect Clark Kent to be Superman has nothing to do with a pair of glasses, nor does it have anything to do with him slouching.

The reason why no one guesses Superman’s secret identity is because no one expects Superman to have a secret identity. No one would expect that the most powerful being in the world would actively choose to be a humble guy with a 9-5 job and a mortgage. They expect him to be Superman 24/7.

Of course it's Joe Burrow lol
I’ve said this in the NFL thread, but Joe Burrow looks and acts like the kind of guy that, if my kids brought him by the house and said “hey this is my friend from school. His name is Joe.” I’d be nice to his face, but then that night I’d have a talk with my kids about choosing better friends and not hanging out with punks.

The dude looks like young Biff Tannen.

But still

6'4" jacked nerd walks into a news room around the same time the 6'4" jacked Superman shows up in your city
I know its a bit tired to mock it, but

ZSJL Only because it set a precedence that we are continually hearing 4 years later.
Yeah, I hate everything surrounding it as far as the Snyder Cult goes but isolating the movie on its own, somehow I ended up enjoying it enough to consider it among the better DCEU movies. I still don't fully understand why. Maybe partially because it came around during the tail end of lockdown and I was so starved for new stuff that I gravitated towards it more than I normally would have but even with that I still think it's a much more functional movie than BvS even at four hours long.

I hate everything about ZSJL. From being the love child born out of online toxicity all the way to Nordic teenage girls smelling Aquaman’s sweater…that film is just rancid and evil.

Honestly all of those movies can go.

- Shazam! while a very decent movie, I have no care for the leads anymore.
- WW, I've never been a huge Diana fan, Gal Godot can't act to save her life, but the movie is a testament to Patty Jenkins' skill as a filmmaker.
- ZSJL was just four hours of my life that I'll never get back.
- TSS, another decent outing, but left a bad taste in my mouth by how wrong Gunn writes for Waller. She would never had lost her cool like that and allowed her support staff to have lived after that mutiny.

Wasn’t Snyder caught up in some scandal where there were online bots to create fake outrage for the Snyder Cut of the Justice League (which didn’t really exist yet at the time.)

Yeah it never should have happened in the first place.

Aquaman is full of bad acting and has a script the CW would call cliche. It also has an octopus playing the drums and Patrick Wilson so it's a 10/10.
I would make the argument as to why it's not a 10 out of 10 is because that octopus isn't in it enough. That sweet baby is a star and they relegated him to nothing more than an extra. :o
