I used to tell that to people offline and they looked like they want to slap me.

Good. Keep it that way. Sarah Marshall might be the most overrated comedy of the past 20 years and Get Him to the Greek is a movie built around Russell Brand, so pouring acid into your eyes is a better choice than watching it.

Eh not really. While both are hero shooters, SS is a PvE single-player/co-op game and is more on the "looter" experience. Rivals is a competitive PvP game through and through.

Yes, it is definitely more like OW but with an obvious Marvel skin. Hopefully, it is closer to the first OW than OW2.

Has Mangold hinted it would be his next movie? I would love for the greenlit third DC film to be a no name hero/heroine, not an antihero team or whatever.

I’ve been reading Ram V’s Swamp thing run lately. I wasn’t initially interested because it wasn’t Alec Holland. But it is amazing. It might rank fourth in my favorite Swamp Thing runs behind Len Wein, Scott Snyder, and Alan Moore.

Swamp Thing is such an amazing character and opens the door for creepy body horror in the DC Universe. In a perfect world, we’d get a cross between Alien’s corporate greed as a basis for horror narrative, with John Carpenter’s The Thing aesthetics. Set it all in a Louisiana Swamp and sprinkle in some great side characters like Madame Xandau, Buddy Baker/Animal Man, or King of Cities. It has the potential to be one of the most unique comic movies ever made.

Plus, low key, Swamp Thing has some of the greatest villains in comics in Anton Arcane, Avery Sunderland, Jason Woodrue/Floronic Man, and The Rot.

I’m just lowkey hoping Gunn gets as many of these projects into production as he can because i dont trust Zaslav to not pull the plug on the DCU after SUPERMAN “only” grosses 400-500m next year.
