The Superhero Cinematic Civil War: The SUMC Was In The Amazon With My Mom Studying Spiders Right Before It Died - Part 61

I don’t hate it. Peter Sarsgaard’’s Hector Hammond is terrible, but I generally find the rest entertaining. It’s not “good”, but it’s not the garbage pile others make it out to be, imho.
I think it would be merely known as a forgotten bad CBM but the reason anyone still talks about it is because of Ryan Reynolds's incessant need to keep bringing it up. It's a miracle that it wasn't brought up at all in Deadpool & Wolverine.

It's a very performative self-deprecation. Few have ever thought of Green Lantern in 13 years. And they're all on this board.

Mark Strong as Sinestro deserves some damn respect!

Y'all dark sided.

Slow down SF. Much like David watching Henry, there are things you can learn to not do.
But I trust the people to avoid those pitfalls just cause repeating those mistakes would take a lot of falling into it thay I don't think really watching it will help you avoid, lol! It will just possibly rot your brain

Don't worry, he's got a spot in the fabled hall of "Credit Scenes That Went Nowhere". :o

Kidding aside, the Lantern Corps supporting characters were the only thing that movie got right. Strong as Sinestro, Geoffrey Rush as Tomar Re, and Michael Clarke Duncan as Kilowog were about as solid casting choices as you could want for them.

Though I do also love Muppet Treasure Island, mainly because of Curry. I will say one big strike against both of those movies is that my boy Animal is hardly in them.

Cheese Pizza is beautiful the way it is. It doesn't have to change for anyone. :o
I love Animal! He's my favorite Muppet, too. :D Him and Swedish Chef. :p

He wants to be Hal again. He's waiting for the call to "do it right" like with Deadpool. Except he was obviously never right for Hal.
I actually think that Reynolds is too likable to be Hal.

Hal Jordan is the picture of arrogance. He even mansplains his conversations to the rest of the JL.

Can’t stand that guy.

And Barry Allen can rot in hell as well while we are at it.

Jessica or Kyle for GL. Wally for Flash.

All day. Every day.

I disagree on the likability of Reynolds, but yes on Jessica, Kyle, and especially my beloved Wally.

Nintendo making a big mistake with this... But they did the same with Illumination doing Super Mario. You know where it could have made a billion and also be good.

I mean, Miyomoto is heavily involved. You were never getting a good story.

Miyamoto is a fool. A fooooooool!

Miyamoto, for all his contributions to video games, needs to retire. He is actively holding certain things back at Nintendo.

I know @Kane52630 had said this many times but it really is all our faults for going to see Tom Hardy play in a lobster tank over and over again. We should demand more from our entertainment. We have no one to blame but ourselves. :o

Sometimes, you just need to enjoy stupid. Like a venom horse. Or a giant ape using a baby giant ape as a club.

He reported the rumors on Clayface a few weeks ago, which Variety confirmed.

I am mad about this Clayface movie. Not cause they're making content about Clayface. Because Flanagan needs go start The Dark Tower already!!!! :cmad:
Look at me, I'm Mike Flanagan. I make awesome movies, even better TV shows, I'm married to Kate Siegel, and I own the rights to the Dark Tower. Oh, you thought I was going to actually make it?
