I’m admittedy skeptical as to how a Clayface movie takes precedence over, say, a Wonder Woman or Catwoman movie but i’ll trust Mike Flanagan had a crackerjack pitch.

See, I felt the same way about Ariana but I put my differences aside.

Meanwhile, as someone who had zero thoughts or opinions on Ariana before she was cast and couldn’t name a single thing she was known for other than impressions on SNL, I love Wicked so much - and her in it - that I’m now listening to one of her non-Wicked albums (the one she released this year, named after one of my all-time fave movies to boot) and I actually really like it? I fear I’m about to fall down an especially perilous rabbit hole.

I kind of doubt that a DC film will come out in May 2026, a month before Supergirl but what do I know?

Also wouldn’t be surprised if Batman Part II got pushed back to March 2027 as it definitely won’t come out after Clayface.

really think DCU Batman having an MCU Hulk role for a few years is the way to go

Just make BATB a full on Batfamily movie and have Batman show up in JL movies/other random stuff as a supporting role till the Reeves movies/shows are done

I’ve honestly been assuming that’s exactly what they’re doing for a while now. But BatB ain’t happening til Reeves is done imo. DCU Batman’s a guest-star until then.
