The Superhero Cinematic Civil War: The SUMC Was In The Amazon With My Mom Studying Spiders Right Before It Died - Part 61

While being one of the ugliest movies not named Captain America this year!

How do Marvel movies look like this? They spend so much money on them, to make then look like mid budget 00 flicks.
Marvel: makes movies based on a medium full of beautiful artwork
Also Marvel: makes some of the blandest-looking grey blockbusters being released

Have some pride, damn it.

Not sure a studio that does this has any kind of pride:

I will be watching the trailer after the game

It tickles me that John Walker is still such a narcissist that he ignores his crying infant while he doom-scrolls a negative article about himself on his phone.

They view editors as being greater than directors.

i actually genuinely would love to know what the post production process is like on these mcu films and how they get these cinematographers’ work to all look the same.

The answer is cause a lot of it is on green screens and they change it in post a bunch of times and the renders are never completely done. But it is what it is at this point with the visuals

I thought the halftime show was awful outside of Uncle Sam Jackson. Outside that, brutal

Its kind of odd to me why Thunderbolts is in the May spot, when it doesn't really seem like a "big" Marvel movie that you would think would be in that spot.

I think it's cause of time tables on what's ready to go. I guess they could shift Cap 4 into May and Thunderbolts later and FF to November, but that strategy didn't work for The Marvels or Eternals. So I can see them being hesitant to do that.

So wait, they didn't show a Fantastic Four trailer during the Super Bowl? I only took a bathroom break before the halftime show so I don't think I missed it.

Thunderbolts looks fun.

Not one damn trailer for FF during the game.

In fact the lack of epic commercials and fun trailers was the only drawback tonight.

Eh, Fantastic Four did get its own dedicated Trailer release day with a special event with a live audience and everything. So I guess they felt since they did that, Thunderbolts needed it more cause they wanted both to have trailers for Cap 4
