The Superhero Cinematic Civil War: The SUMC Was In The Amazon With My Mom Studying Spiders Right Before It Died - Part 61

I dont think it's Jean Grey. I think it's going to be a character more Spider-Man related, probably Black Cat or Gwen Stacy. I could see it being Firestar is we are doing a mutant and doing X-Men stuff. Jean doesn't make a ton of sense to me cause when have they ever been connected in comics? The idea of Storm in Black Panther makes sense. There is comic history there to use. Jean would be fairly random IMO. I think people are seeing red hair and old scoops and jumping to a conclusion. But we gotta remember that Zendaya was MJ. We gotta forget about the classic comic designs sometimes here.

My money's on Gwen. I think Sink definitely has the chops to play Black Cat, I just feel like they'd skew a little older for casting Felicia (like Sydney Sweeney).

Charles got no Rizz. :o
First Class Charles says hi.

Not putting that Batman State Farm commercial on during the Super Bowl was a choice.

So was putting that god awful Kai Cenat in it.

It’s fun though.
As someone who works with the company(hence why im a bored guy lol) i can confirm it was supposed to be, but with all the heat they were taking because of the LA fires, they pulled it because they thought it was a bad look spending all that money while being accused of cancelling policies

Oh look, the comics are trying to ride off a movie's buzz. With an even more bizarre roster.
Speaking of, I saw an IG post that Shang-Chi was in a recent Thunderbolts roster in the comics. Not saying he should have officially been on the team in the movie but maybe it wouldn't have been such a bad idea to have him team up with them since we're now going on four years since he's been seen in the MCU.

Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths – Part Two

And the story continues :oldrazz:

I'm still finding the storyline a bit confusing, to be honest. For a novice who's unfamiliar with the source material, it's a bit hard to follow which characters are from which Earth...

Not that it really matters, of course. I'm still having fun being introduced to characters like Batgirl (animated version), Damian Wayne, Solovar, Anti-Monitor, Atomic Knight, Kamandi, Alura, Hippolyta, Hawkgirl, and John Constantine (and man was Keanu Reeves ever miscast if this version of Constantine is comics-accurate). And speaking of source material fidelity, if Arthur Curry is as noble and regal in the books as he is in these films, then Jason Momoa was woefully miscast as well...

I'll finish up Part Three sometime before the end of March when our StackTV subscription expires once again :yay:

Can anyone explain to me what the hell Anthony Mackie is talking about in this interview he did? Jesus Christ, man. This guy sucks. Marvel really knows how to pick their legacy heroes.

What interview?

All I can find is him talking about filming 8 Mile with Eminem which seems innocuous enough. What else did he say?

"In the past 20 years, we’ve been living through the death of the American male. They have literally killed masculinity in our homes and our communities"

"Every time I left for a job I tell my 15-year-old, 'You're the man of the house ... we are men. If I’m not there to protect, he's gotta be there to protect'"

Oh the racist YouTube film critic alliance is defending him.

This coupled with the one he did pre-FATWS about Bucky and Sam being a couple in fan fiction really paint such an insecure man.

Sigh...can't say I am surprised, but I am shaking my head no less
