To me, it wasn't awful, but it was pretty bad.

It's the only MS film I hate. The only great thing was Loki and he was sooo overused.

Darcy was just :barf: her jokes were unfunny, not even a good unfunny but it was just so forced IMO. Only things I found funny was
1)Thor in the London Underground
2)The part where Thor and M- something (the villain, can't remember his name lol) are sliding down a building.

Thor 2 made me get over Loki (not that I was super crazy with him anyway like the others). I'm so done with his character. :ninja:

Loki has never been that interesting in the movies. He's only beloved because the actor is charismatic.

Is your signiture from that crazy guy who was legit serious about being Spider-Man and ws taking Karate lessons :funny:

I find Loki annoying. He has the odd funny moment in DW, but he just annoys me most of the time. I still dont see how they could have chosen him as the main villain in the first Avengers. It doesn't make much sense to me. Ultron or Thanos OK, but Loki and a stupid army against a team like that? Just silly. Hulk destroying him at the end, is actually how it should have went down in the first act.

Darcy is the worst character ive ever seen in a comic book movie. Nothing is funny at all. Who writes jokes like that? The actress doesn't help either but i guess she's just trying to sell it.

Have you guys and gals seen Arkham Knight E3 gameplay trailer?

Quick question...does anyone still have the limited edition cowl bluray?

I wonder because I still have it in the box unopened and sealed and I want to know if it's still somewhat valuable.

It is. I'm just trying to let everyone know that he wants this kept a secret. You know, because I'm helpful :o

Yes. It was awesome! I haven't played City or Origins yet, but I'll tackle City later this year. I'll need a new PC before I could even think about playing Knight when it comes out.

I played Asylum & City a lot on PS3. Knight looks so aweome but I think Gotham look like Schumacher films though.

Honestly, I would rather watch a Loki movie before I watch another Thor movie. That is the truth.

I feel the same about Iron Man. The third was one of the worst experiences i've had in a cinema.

Marvel should just focus on Captain America + Avengers movies and be done with the rest. Well, maybe Guardians too.

I really hope Guardians is as good and fun as it looks like it could be. After last year's IM3 and Thor TDW, it'd be a nice bounce back to release Winter Solider and launch a brand new property with a good movie. That'd be great momentum for them going into Avengers: AoU. And I say that as not a big fan of the first Avengers.

I found the Avengers a bit too paint-by-the-numbers. It had everything you'd expect and nothing more.

Yeah agreed, I'm curious to see Whedon try and go "Empire Strikes Back" on it with the next one.

Speaking of which- 2015 is really the year of Star Wars though, period.

Whedon said he dislikes Empire Strikes Back, remember?

Whedon is a moron :hehe:

Im not a Whedon fan, and didn't like Avengers much, but there's potential for 2 and 3. Im still on a Quicksilver buzz though from X-Men, so im not excited for Marvel's version. Not impressed with the actor either. I AM looking forward to Scarlet Witch though. I like Olsen and it's something new.

I'm glad were getting non-Avenger propertys. Iron Man 3, while very flawed is better than many CBM's IMO.

The Avengers was my favourite Superhero film after I watched it. After I had a second viewing I immediately realised it wasn't even the best team movie. I'd give it an 8. It's very good but it doesn't as you say it gives you "nothing more". It also looks like a TV movie.

Let's sharpen our pitchforks and get him!

Nice alternate shot of Bats descending from the rooftop in TDKR. I always loved that scene and how it mirrors Bruce watching Selina from the balcony during the masquerade ball scene.

Edit: I think this was on one of the Blu Ray/boxset special features, but still a cool shot none the less.

Honestly, that's one of the things I thought was missing in TDKR. There were far less iconic poses and eye candy shots than in both BB and TDK. Heck, I remember complaining there were less in TDK than in BB but after watching TDKR and then going back to see TDK, I noticed them everywhere :wow:.

Not that iconic poses and eye candy shots make-or-break a film, but it's a nice fan service.

Im happy Nolan didnt go out of his way for fan service. Snyder will on the other hand. It was nice to see the story take over the focus for once instead of the visuals being slammed into our faces every chance the director gets.

I thought there were plenty of iconic Batman shots in TDKR. I could link like 20 pics right now if i wasn't so lazy about it.
