Written by Oscar winner Akiva Goldsman and executive-turned-scribe Marc Haimes, Titans revolves around the eponymous group of young Super Heroes-to-be from the DC Universe. This is going to be interesting with Cyborg becoming a mainstay for Justice League and the cinematic universe. Will he be a part of this team? Will they go for a mixed lineup of different generations? Having Nightwing, Starfire, Raven, and possibly Beast Boy would seem odd without Cyborg there, but I guess he can be replaced with some members of the original Teen Titans like Aqualad?

Roy is a character on Arrow, so I doubt they'd stick him in here. And if Wally is going to be on the Flash, I would imagine the same would go for him. Unless if they go with New 52 black Wally for the Flash show and have the classic redhead one for this show? I don't know.

Or they could use Bart. Hopefully, again, it's not the New 52 version of the character though.

I thought that his costume in BF was quite good. The B&R one would have been good if not for the bird-nipples and massive cod-piece (even Chris O'Donnell himself commented on how ridiculous that was).

TNT does Falling Skies, and that show has some of the best effects i've ever seen on tv. i think this will be a good network for the Titans

FINALLY WB is trying as hard as they can with DC on tv and on film. I'm happy with what DC has put out for the most part, but it's good to see that they're finally working at a quicker pace.

I find it interesting that TNT, part of the WB's cable holdings is also the place where reruns of SUPERNATURAL and SMALLVILLE are a mainstay. So, who knows... Maybe this will tie into ARROW/FLASH? I could see them having Roy and others show up on the TNT show. Frankly, TNT is a good fit for the DC shows (Titans and maybe Supergirl?) in general. The shows give them a way into a younger audience and TNT has strong market penetration across cable. It would be win-win.

First, I thought that this was going to be some animated show, but if it's live action, I am in.

Will it be it's own separate universe, unconnected to CW's shows ? Looks like it, which could be a good thing but what if we get two versions of Red Arrow, Flash (or is it kid Flash ?) and Ravager ?

WB needs to coordinate between its different networks for some synergy, I mean it has got CW, TNT, Cartoon Network and HBO, why not take some unified approach to all this ?

Edit: Also, isn't WBTV’s cable division now a separate entity from Time Warner ?

About character usage:
Given that Warner Bros. and DC have already allowed a network/series to secure unrestricted licensing access to a particular group of characters (FOX's Gotham), I really don't see why it wouldn't be possible for the same thing to happen with a Titans series on TNT; therefore I think it's premature to say that certain characters are definitely going to be off-limits just because they are currently being used elsewhere.

About whether or not this would be part of the DCCU:
Warner Bros. and DC have already said that there are no plans to connect their filmic and television universes, and I don't see that changing for this show.

About connecting this show to other television properties: Everybody seems to be clamoring for this to happen, but I personally don't see the point.
