Pretty simple. What do you miss?
There's so much to list, but I'll start with these 3 examples....
-Myspace(back in it's prime it was SO fun. I miss decorating my profile and picking my main profile song.I also think that because social networking was so new back then, people were also a lot more talkative and "social" with each other. I remember strangers adding me because we shared an interest and we would become good friends. These days,I guess a lot of people only add those they know. Which kinda takes the fun out of social networking.
-Arcades and mom and pop video stores
-Baked Doritos(why is it everything I like they dis-continue??)

I miss video rental stores. I could walk up and down the aisles forever trying to decide if I wanted to see something new or something I’d seen.

I miss educational special presentations on TV, from history to nature. I miss shlocky horror movies on late night network TV that were edited to be broadcast.

I miss Limewire. I took that damn program for granted.

I also miss being a carefree kid, walking through the aisles of Toys R Us and being a spoiled brat.

Sure,it's a lot easier to just stream something online or pull up Netflix or whatever. But nothing beats that experience of going to a video store, picking up a tape or dvd and browsing the aisles. I remember in the late 80's and early 90's going to my local mom and pop store(it was called Video Junction)and since I knew the owners and they knew I loved Freddy and horror, they would give me first dibs on some of the cardboard cutouts and promotional items they were getting rid of. Great times!
I have loved sharks since I was little and I do remember being excited when shows like NOVA and National Geographic would air specials about sharks. Now,we're talking the 80's here, but it was a big event when movies would air on television. In fact, the ABC Sunday night movie was the first time I've ever seen Jaws.

At some point as a kid I had taped JAWS off the TV and watched the hell out of that movie. It wasn’t until years later that I saw the uncut movie and knew what I was missing.

I miss long summer nights playing outside with my childhood friends.

I miss writing letters to my school friends.

I miss not having to worry about a thing.

I really miss message board....like this one. It seems that with the advent of social media, many message boards have disappeared over the years. I also miss writing letters. Everything now is email or text.

On here:
Hype survivor
Superhero Skype

real world? I’ll think on it

Releasing Deep pungent voluminous farts in the elevator

I really do miss TNT's Monstervision. In my area we still have Swengoolie on Saturday Nights, but those kind of shows are slowly becoming a thing of the past. :csad:

Yeah I definitely miss the old school MySpace. I loved being able to truly make it mine. I miss Toybiz Marvel Legends, watching Dragon Ball Z and Gundam Wing on Toonami before bed.

At the moment, pub on a Saturday night with my GF, our mates, listening to live band with beers, that and film-making.

I miss happy hour.

Ohhh, the happy hour!!!

Does anyone remember the show MXC? That show always cracked me up!

I love anything banana flavored. Of course, they stopped making these....along with banana orange julius. Miss them!

i think i remember the brand, but not that flavor

Independent record/CD stores. You go to any city you've never been to before, and you want to go to some cool warehouse party or live music situation, you go to the city's record store and just look at the flyers there. Not that I don't appreciate being able to buy or stream music online, but if only there was a way to keep more of these businesses alive. And I know we have online event listings now, but you don't get the flavour of the event with just the description.
