Horror The Toxic Avenger - reborn at a theatre soon

First I'm hearing of any reports of this getting shelved. How reliable is World of Reel?

Word of Reel is notoriously unreliable, so I'm taking it with a grain of salt.

That being said, I don't like how Batgirl'd is becoming a norm. More recently with this in mind, that completed Alien vs Predator anime that Disney shelved and Hasbro shelving a completed animated Micronauts series.

After seeing Bad Boys 3 and 4 and Beverly Hills Cop 4, I get the feeling Batgirl was canceled due to not fitting DC's plans anymore and not because of quality problems. Part of me wonders if those test screeing reports were faked.....

I had no idea. I just came along a post on Reddit this morning and thought I'd pass it along here.

Same source. They seem just as ureliable as Giant Freaking Robot or We Got This Covered, who lie about everything.

Most likely.

I can see a film with usually solid filmmakers and academy award winning and nominated actors being potentially not up to par, but completely unreleasable? I’m not buying that especially considering some films that are released.

WBD had nothing to do with this.

It's all Legendary.

Most likely, because they can't get anyone to agree to distribute.

You can't imagine how happy I am that Cineverse has saved this movie. And they're knocking it out of the park with the initial marketing so far.
