The Truman Show is so brilliant.

In so many aspects.

Ok, so he gives hope to people, and that can't be bad...

But then....enter TV director, producers, marketers and the rest of the blood sucking vampires....

The way they play with his emotions make me SICK. But hey, it's all for the ratings!

This is one of the few movies where I find myself rooting for the hero to win, every freaking time I watch it.

You can't help but want Truman to find out about everything.

Jesus, truly one of my most favorite movies EVER.

My favourite movie. The first time I saw it I was absolutely amazed.

TTS was AMAZING and GREAT movie, I'd even say EXCELLENT!!!

I liked everything:

Script - I think it was new idea to put one man in the whole show about him, and he doesn't even know about this. I also liked storylines and development of the main character.

Cast - Carrey's one of the best roles, others were also good in their roles.

Cinematography and the edditing - very good job.

My rate is 9.5 out of 10.

By the way, Eternal Sunshine of Spottless Mind is #2 in My TOP of favorite movies.

It was even better movie than TTS.

There was greater script (Charle Kauffman, you are the GENIOUS!!!) and I loved acting of every actor.

Carrey should now be in movies like Eternal Sunshine and The Thruman Show, he is great dramatic actor

ive never seen eternal sunshine. wuts it about

essentially jim carrey's character has broken up with long-term girlfriend played by kate winslet. They both decide to opt to have their memories erased of each other to take away their pain. The company that does this is seemingly lo-tech and amateurish considering the magnitude and complexity of what they offer.

The movie follows Jim's character has he goes under, remembering every last thing about his gf, until he decides he doesnt want to lose her- we then follow him through his childhood memories (because he decides to "hide" there so his memories of her wont be erased.)

It's essentially a romantic drama with a sci-fi element in the vein of vanilla sky *although a little clearer than that movie* and generally like movies such as the machinist, the jacket, memento in terms of how the story is told....it's pretty good!

yeah it's cool, has a musical quality to it, like it could be an album title, or the name of a song...and it obviously ties in with the movie....
