Dude’s laughing all the way to the bank, but’s gonna need a Brink’s truck to get his s*** there. That’s awesome.
I taped the Ohio State v Michigan game and am just starting to watch it. I think OS has picked up their game lately and I can't say the same about Michigan; especially in the later portion of the game. We shall see.
I don't like Washington's chances against Oregon. At this point in the season, I think Oregon is the better team and I like Nix much more than I do Penix.
I generally use the eyeball test a great deal when figuring out who I think will win a game. It's pretty much on that basis that I expected Oregon to come out on top, BUT I was shocked that the spread was 9.5?!?!?!? Wow.....didn't see THAT coming.....The Ducks have demolished teams after they lost to Washington while the Huskies have been defeating teams in competitive games so I would agree by that advantage Oregon is the better team.
That's why it's unsurprising the Ducks are the favored team.
The Huskies have prospered with adversity since they found ways to win competitive games including vs the Cougars. That's why it's unlikely high adversity will be a flaw for the Huskies to defeat a great Ducks team since adversity is familiar to them.
Play action can be a factor if the Huskies can prosper running the football.
The Huskies getting successful blocking so Penix has time to throw making it more likely he completes passes including critical passes is achievable.
Penix making more great plays than Nix is realistic, and the Huskies executing more great plays on offense and defense is realistic.
Those are the reasons why I'm hopeful the Huskies defeat the Ducks in a thrilling competitive game.
I had a feeling that something like this might happen. Georgia looked like a very good team all year, but they trailed a lot teams that a truly dominant team would just blow out. I think Alabama should "maybe" make the playoffs if Michigan or Florida State loses, but, if they both win, Ohio State or Texas deserves to join Michigan, Washington, and Florida State in the playoffs (Frankly, I think it should be Texas). If Michigan OR Florida State loses, I still think there's an argument for Ohio State and Texas. I don't like Texas or Ohio State, but both have a better case than does Alabama.I was thinking that it's entirely possible that no SEC team makes the 4 team playoff. Georgia has a very, very good team that seems to be playing better lately, but if Michigan wins, they are in, ditto for FL State, same for the winner of Washington/Oregon......that leaves one team. If Georgia loses to Alabama, what then??? Does Alabama leapfrog a TX team that beats a very good Oklahoma St team AND Ohio St AND, maybe, a Washington team that loses a close game to Oregon???
A lot can happen, but I can see a scenario where the SEC is shut out of the playoffs.
IMMA go out on a limb here and say that you aren't a big fan of Alabama and don't think they should be in the playoffs??Alabama and everyone of their fans can fornicate themselves with a rusty ax.
