X-23 has a healing factor so in theory she should be able to endure Black Canary's scream.

But she has super hearing so the scream will probably make her tap out before then.

Plus BC is experienced enough to position herself effectively and not get gutted.

I'll give this one to Black Canary.

Trained assassin with a healing factor and adamantium claws, I think she can can survive the cry and get close. Now, even then it wouldn't be easy as Black Canary is excellent hand to hand fighter, I'm gonna give this one to Laura, I think she can wear Dinah down and eventually stab her in the throat.

Laura won't get her claws on Dinah and Dinah can't put Laura down for any length of time, I call this one a draw.

If this was hand to hand I'd give it to Iron Fist. But Deathstroke has a ton of weapons and gadgets he can use and he's a genius at using them.

I try to forget that I ever read Identity Crisis. But truth is, I did read it. And Deathstroke single-handedly took out the Justice League.

He’d probably just cut off Danny’s hand. It would be quick.

Mongul has also been a jobber a lot. I figured in his Ionic form Simon could make it interesting.

I’m not terribly enamored with Zod at this point. He was probably my favorite as a kid, but I feel like most stories with him are now fairly derivative.

I put Superboy Prime as #5, even though he may be one of, if not my very favorite DC villains. But I like him as a general villain and I don’t see him as Superman exclusive.
I also like Silver Banshee quite a bit, but I actually like her not as a villain. I have enjoyed her recent stories where she is reformed

I’d also give an honorable mention to Eradicator

Tough to call, on the one hand Northstar is faster than Quicksilver but he is limited to what his body can tolerate inside an atmosphere (ie. breathing) whereas a Speed Force user won't have that problem and unlike the Flash, Max is more agile and is more skilled at using his speed, albeit he's not as fast as Barry or Wally... I'm gonna go ahead and say he leaves Northstar in the dust on this one.

Tony is very smart but if Cyborg hacks his suit, he's helpless.

I give this one to Cyborg.

I always view these as random encounters. Unless otherwise stated. I think given time to prepare and study, Tony could win. That being said Cyborg is basically a living Mother Box. I think his New God 4th World tech would beat out Tony's advanced Ai and Tony would get hacked first. So my vote is for Cyborg. So leads 2-0.

I thought this battle would get a bit more discussion
