too be honest, i do like some parts of USM, but too be honest, their just not listening. To be honest the only honest solution for us is to just give up.

wow... what a VERY interesting and revealing bit of news...

gonna need some time to completely digest all of this...

but the one thing that REALLY gets me is the Marvel plants that will be at their animation panels at comic cons who will be high-praising the USM cartoon as a diversion...

That was a very interesting read. very very interesting....

For one I knew it was all BS in regards to Ultimate Spider-Man, my brother is 11 and so is his friend and they both hate the show so they failed on that one too.

I wasn't interested in the new Hulk series anyway, from what little I know it sounded stupid and I'm glad I know before hand that its not targeted to me anyway.

At first I was very disappointed that Marvel axed EMH in favour of a new series but after reading that article my interested has slightly risen.

X-Men series, awesome. I've been wanting a new series for some time now. Hopefully the second one will be the FF.

Also I would like to hear more about these DTV's, they haven't really done these for years.

Very good article with a lot of good and encouraging news. My only problem is there wasn't a lot of illumination about why EMH was cancelled to make way for 'Assemble' (instead of just, I don't know, changing some things about EMH.) In fact, correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think the article mentions EMH at all.

Joe Quesada: We loved the response from our hardcore Marvel fans. They really embraced the show and they got the word out in so many ways. It's been pretty overwhelming. We knew we were creating a really special show, just how special we weren't sure. At the end of the day it's a pretty democratic system how these things get renewed: You either have the ratings or you don't. And we've been really, really thankful and blessed that we've had incredible ratings.

I swear, between "One More Day" and quotes like this, is it any wonder I CAN'T STAND Joe Quesada when it comes to Spide-Man?

Me too, personally I would love more Original 5 at first and then expand the team as the season/s progress.

Marvel has a flagship distributor now, they have disney. There is now no excuse why we can't have a MAU equal to the DCAU of the 90s-05. Disney wants to make a Marvel superhero block, why not make a Marvel Universe block? Have Spider-Man, X-Men, Fantastic Four, and the Avengers and make them all share a continuity?

EMH got my hopes up for this because its been stated it takes place in the same continuity as Hulk vs. and Wolverine and the X-Men, but Disney chose to cancel it for no good reason.

One More Day and the deal with the devil was the beginning of my utter dislike of Quesadilla...

he had absolutely no respect for Spidey continuity back then and he has absolutely no respect for the characters that are under his "creative" control NOW...

therefore I have absolutely no respect for HIM...

They did, it's Thor's episode
Episode 9 with Wolverine was pushed until 17th of this month

fyi, ratings don't just come from Neilsen box houses. DVR viewing data has been mined for a while now. they monitor for like a week after something is dvrd to see if its watched

I watched the video interview with Steve Blum and... my god, I found myself actually laughing at this show because of something actually FUNNY! This episode should be enjoyable as Man of Action had nothing to do with it, the Bendis episode's are completely untouched they said in one interview.

Wolverine's design is kind of meh, though. It would be perfect if the classic brown costume didn't cover his arms here. Looks odd.
