I'm gonna be pretty bummed if that Mega Man Medley isn't on the CD soundtrack. That is such a sick tune.

Has all the Club Nintendo stuff been sorted out?

I haven't received an email yet.

And yeah, the MM Medley is my favorite t rack in the game. I play on his stage al the time, cause I love hearing that track.

Playing Kirby and the Rainbow Course and its awesome. Really great and man those graphic.. Awesome.

If you buy the Kirby Amiibo be warned that you can only use it's superpower once a day. Then Kirby has to rest.:whatever:

I was coming here to complain about the lack of Virtual Console games on the Wii U eshop, but the release of all three Donkey Kong Country games makes me feel all warm and fuzzy! (Oh yeah I got my Wii U last Friday)

I still have no idea why they don't release more NES and SNES games? They have the emulator up, all they have to do is transfer the ROM. The ROM doesn't change, the emulator does, and they already have that in place. It's so strange.

Looks Like Strength Of The Sword Ultimate Is Heading To PS Vita, Wii U. February 26, 2015 . 8:25am

After reaching the base funding on Kickstarter, stretch goals are being reached with just as much speed, securing the game for Wii U and PlayStation Vita.

[YT]bV7hbSmQDwk[/YT]
Ivent Games hit the base funding goal on Kickstarter for its 3D medieval fantasy brawler Strength of the Sword Ultimate pretty quickly, securing it for PC. It has also been Greenlit.

Stretch goals were reached in no time, too, and that means it should be heading to PlayStation Vita and Wii U as well now. That’s $30,000 for the PS Vita version and $40,000 for the Wii U version.

Next up is the $50,000 stretch goal. Reaching it would mean that Dark Gods are added to the game. These are side stories about these horrendous, evil enemies that you’ll have to fight. They should be tough battles.

The final goal sits far away at $100,000, which would fund porting the game to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Additionally, on the Kickstarter page, one of the two members of Ivent Games says that he’ll go bowling dressed as a pixie (“dress, wings, tiara – the whole deal”) if they raise 100,000.

You make it sound as if they've stopped? They still are releasing NES and SNES games, it's just the trickle schedule they've always had.

Not sure how it sounds that way, when I was clearly talking about them releasing games, and I was responding to an article about the release of new games. I just said I don't know why they don't release more.

Usually when I see people say I wish they'd release more of something, it implies that they're no longer releasing said thing, but I can see how you meant it as releasing more at one time. In which case, yeah, it'd be nice if they did so.

But I've gotten use to it being a trickle. When Sony was releasing PSone and PS2 Classics, it was the same method if my memory serves me. I don't know if they even do them anymore, haven't been paying attention. Classic re-releases must not pull in much cash in the end or something.

Sony still does release classics, but they are really slow about it too. I think Sony does once a month, don't know about Nintendo.

With Nintendo there is, in general, at least something once a week. But they really pull some random somethings a lot of weeks, which is pretty hit or miss or whether it's a something worth a damn or not.

The real frustrating thing to me personally is how sometimes certain regions have stuff that NA doesn't. For instance, the DK game posted above have been out in JP and EU for a long time now, like 3-4 months or something. Fire Emblem GBA was another that was in those two regions before being released in NA months later. And I believe Metroid Zero Mission and Golden Age: Lost Age are out in the other regions but not here.

EDIT: Oh, and it's frustrating that we don't have N64 games yet either. The Wii had them from day 1. It's weird to me that they're taking so long with them.

N64 games I really wish for, I know I can get them through the Wii store but I've been waiting as I love laying in bed and playing through the gamepad instead of TV...laziness.

Yup.. I keep hoping for an N64 and GC VC announcement. Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaybe at e3.

They did a big ol' Donkey Kong dump on the eshop so I was hoping DK64 would have been amongst the titles. They need to start on N64 games dammit. It's insane they haven't.

They probably can't configure a proper emulator for the Wii U.

I have barely put DKC down since downloading it today. Without a doubt my all time favorite game.
